Good prices - sometimes delayed shipping
I often order contacts from Alensa because they have good prices for the contacts that I am using. Their website is easy to navigate, and they occasionally have some good offers. The only issue I have with them is that every second order is somewhat delayed by a few days compared to the estimation they give you on the website when you order the lenses.

I have ordered lenses for my husband
I have ordered lenses for my husband, and myself, for 3 years for Alensa. DHL had a delivery mistake with my last shipment. They won’t refund/send me a new shipment, until DHL finishes investigating…?? There is no mechanism to send me my order, and then settle the loss with DHL? I have moved on to a new company after years of monthly orders. What a shame that there isn’t a customer first approach- especially over 40 euro.

Thank you for your review. In case of delivery problems we have to start an investigation with the delivery partner because the package might be just stuck and actualy delivered soon. This way we want to prevent unnecessary refunds or sending a new shipment. We apologize for the inconvenience.

They deliver fast and I did not have any issues with them.
When I had to cancel my order over the weekend, because I made a mistake, I sent e-mail to klantservice, but was ready to call on Monday morning, because I did not believe it will be done without me repeating again in the morning, but I did not have to, because it was already cancelled. That suprised me positively!
I can recommend them.

I was ordering contact lenses with Alensa for a while (always well priced). On one occasion, DHL has lost my parcel but claimed to deliver it properly. Alensa re-sent the order regardless (so I did not end up being 40e short). Great customer service! 100% would recommend.
