Send my package was delivered still missing my package cannot find it anywhere UPS refuses to let me make a claim because they said they delivered it but there is no photo All there is is a piece of paper saying they delivered it there was no package walked out of my house 2 minutes after it said it was delivered was not there. They refuse to message me back and it was three tablets for my children to do their schooling on that was $180 that I am now out. Not to mention it was supposed to be expressed shipping I ordered them before Christmas and they said they were delivering January 9th that's not express shipping and they were never delivered.

Aleruva is a scam company
I would give this company a negative ten stars if I could! This company stole three hundred dollars from me! I bought 3 tablets for my grandson's christmas and they never arrived. This company would not respond to me. They are a scam company.

I ordered two laptops and it was sent to a different address not my name on it. I called UPS and it said the tracking number was not my name or my address and I call or text the company and he never got back to me.

Scammers be Aware
Please do not order anything from these scammers. I ordered two Android tablets from them way before Christmas and they suppose to have arrived before Christmas. I have yet to receive my order and I have not heard anything from this company after making several inquiries attempts. The company is known to generate fake shipping labels or intentionally misleading customers to think items shipped by sending empty packages address to someone else’s address. They are scammers.
