AWFUL customer service and billing
AWFUL customer service and billing. I see we’re not the only ones who have complaints regarding billing. They are not up front whatsoever about charges and are rude when you ask. My husband canceled his membership almost a year ago because he started going to a private gym and they continued to charge us for monthly fees plus private trainer sessions. Nowhere in our paperwork did it say anything about this once canceled and they could have cared less about fixing. He has now been in twice (in person) to CANCEL and I just saw another $89 charge. What a joke. Now they’re saying it’s a “cancellation fee”. Again, not told about it nor is it in our paperwork. Be very careful with this place. My husband hasn’t been there in a year yet we’ve paid them almost $1000.
