Out of 5 stars I would give 1 purely for the fitters who do their job well. The rest of the business gets zero stars for the complete lack of customer service. All but one of our windows was measured incorrectly and had to be re ordered. We only found this on the day of fitting. We have had to have 3 different back doors and 2 different pieces of glass in said back door due to faults and damage. Items were missed from job sheets and we had to ring up multiple times to chase and get booked in for completion. A total of 4 separate visits were required to complete the job due to failures on the companies part. Call back requests go unanswered. Compensation offered to us for wasting our time was a joke. The MD's refused to speak to us directly despite numerous requests even though they had to authorise the compensation. It would be fair to say the company supplies very nice windows (once fitted) and has good fitters. But unfortunately can't back this up with customer service of any sort. Knowing what I know now I wish I had gone with another company. We actually refused the monetary compensation due to it being so pathetic in our eyes and unjustified by any director.

Absolutely love our new door and windows. The whole experience was exceptional from Elaine the sales manager to the installation with Mark and Andy. Both very pleasant, polite, professional and friendly. They worked really diligently and left no mess at all. I would definitely recommend this company.

May 20th 2022, they have just completed the rejuvenation of our tired old conservatory.

The work started on the 16/05/22. This consisted of replacing all of the old windows and doors, the majority of these are now in a permanent misted state.

We opted for a solid roof, which has been well insulated.This means we are now able to have another room to use during the winter months, previously it was just too cold to use even with heating switched on high.

We chose Alexander Windows for this work, as they had installed double glazing for the front of our property in November 2021. {6 windows in total, 2 of which were large} Once again the work carried out by Alexander windows was to a very high standard.

Just had new windows fitted by Alexander Windows and can not fault them. We have been really impressed by the quality of the windows and the amazing service provided by the Company. All of the staff we have dealt with have been professional, courteous and efficient and Lance and Dan B (the fitters) were absolute perfectionists. Highly recommended.

As with other reviews on Facebook a bit disappointed. Arrived and hurled abuse at passing drivers. I know everyone sometimes has a bad day but... in these tricky times showing a bit of professionalism and not being so grumpy and swearing at people would be better. I wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of them.

From the moment we walked through the showroom door it was clear that this was going to be an excellent experience.

Lauren very kindly took us through all of the available options, being extremely thorough and answering all of my (many) questions.

While we waited for the installation date Lee was on hand at multiple points to offer technical advise and even provided drawings when we really needed them.

Finally Dave and Ryan did an amazing job of getting everything fitted to a very high standard in just a couple of days... amazing!

Well worth a visit to the showroom if you are considering new windows / doors / bi-folds, you won’t be disappointed!
