My order never came and I was charge twice! I’m still waiting for a refund as I’ve had to dispute this with my bank as the website has no contact information just an online chat.

Generally satisfactory but missing a slot by the lower
pockets (so that the wearer can access trouser pockets with out opening or pulling up the coat).

They cancelled my order and failed to provide clear reason why they did so.
Personalised fleece and a tunic top.
They claimed that they cancelled the fleece, but the tunic too was cancelled.

Following my previous email and phone message, I would like to apologise for the cancellation of your order and the frustration this has caused.
Your order was flagged during our internal security checks due to the embroidery request (“Staff Nurse”) being placed using a personal email address and a non-registered delivery address.
Per our Terms and Conditions, for any garments associated with NHS roles or Trust identification, we are required to ensure that orders are placed using a valid NHS or Trust email address and delivered to a registered medical facility. These controls are in place to protect the authorised use of NHS-related garments and ensure they are only issued through the correct channels.
As these requirements were not met, the order did not pass our verification process and had to be cancelled and refunded.
To proceed, please place a new order using your NHS email address and select your registered workplace address for delivery. Alternatively, NHS-branded garments can also be ordered directly via your Trust’s procurement process.

Prompt delivery, easy ordering. The coveralls I bought were on an offer and as such decent value however the material weight and general construction quality are only average, if price is not an issue Dickies are in my opinion a superior product.

Small fitting and too short
Having ordered from you before, albeit a long time ago, I was really disappointed with my recent order. I ordered tunics in my usual size. Not only were they too narrow but they were way too short. When I queried about how much longer the next size up was I was told it was only 1cm longer. Not really much difference. I have unfortunately had to return them
