I ordered a very robust looking work bench picture showed a man standing on top of it. I have received a child's stool. These are out and scammers a low life Chinese cheats. I have ordered my last goods from China

I ordered a Santa wreath over 2+months ago and it just came in today. The box was all beat up and so was the item that was in the box was a goal mess and so cheaply made. I would NEVER recommend ordering from this person again.

I orderd a toy dog for my daughter.
It supposed to do all kinds of tricks, move, bark, roll over and i would get 3 for €29.95,- plus SHIPPING, according the ad.
Instead i got 1 regular stuffed dog, no moves, no sound, nothing!!!

COMPLETE SCAM!!!

Don't buy somthing. It's a fake company. You don't get wat you order. Sending mail wil not work, you don't get a answer. SCAM.

What a con! Paid $50 for a Yoda Baby. The picture looked great but what I received was disgusting. Never again! DO NOT BUY A YODA DOLL!!

My girlfriend ordered a baby Yoda for me for Christmas.Even way before Christmas I believe in November it barely showed up today 2/3/2020
And it was the smallest stuffed animal ever definitely not what was shown on the website and payed 30$ for it piece of poop company scamming hard-working people you should be ashamed of yourself. I wish I could give minus stars.
I want my money back ASAP.

Buyer Beware: I don’t recommend these. They are super cheap and fragile. Handling them gently a couple times and the lashes were falling apart. Also, there is only one magnet in the middle, so the sides just stick straight out. They lie straight on your lashes instead of curving to your eye. They are completely unwearable and look ridiculous. 😑☹️ So disappointed. Wasted $20 on these. I wish I had read reviews before buying them. I’m going to try Ardell brand next, as I read good reviews and they apparently have 3 magnets so they will curve to your eye’s shape.

It’s a scam! I ordered hair product and it’s been more than 2 months still didn’t get anything. I emailed them but no reply. Please do not order anything in this company. It’s a scam!

Liars and thieves! I ordered eyeliner stamp Nov 15th and still nothing and they keep saying they'll send another. BS. I've asked for a refund from PayPal.

Both bags I bought from this company broke within first use. They refuse to reply to emails and will not refund me.
Have also tried contacting them via their facebook page.

Pocketbook
I ordered a pocketbook and it has ripped.
I emailed and sent a picture several times.
They said they would get back to me and gave me a reference #
I have not heard a thing. At least answer me regardless whether you can help me or not. I should have read the reviews before I bought from them. The pocketbook is poorly made.
I would not recommend buying anything from here.

Terrible company, dreadful customer service. I returned a dreadful, very poorly made pair of leggings at my own expense out of principle and they have since stopped responding to my emails, do not buy anything from this company, they are a total rip off. They should not be allowed to trade.

Received a faulty item. Had to pay to send it back to receive a refund ..£15 to send back to China .. and now not responding to email to process the refund. I have proof it has been delivered to their address in China but nothing .. terrible customer service .. they may say that they are based on NYC but everything comes from China .. bloody cheap and nasty products made to look good quality. Don’t buy from tbem

Horrendous product, terrible customer service (refusing a return of the item that is so falsely advertised and not worth the money). No quality control whatsoever. I order two of the exact same item, and the material and sizing of both were completely different. So disappointed and bothered by this company

I can't echo everyone else enough... The service was ridiculous and took over 2 months to get pants that were horribly made and nothing like what the website made them out to be... when I tried to get in touch with customer service they stopped responding after my 2nd "where are my products" inquiry. I reported them to my bank and opened a claim.

I ordered a pair of trousers that were reduced from 79.99 dollars to 39.99 dollars (so I expected fairly decent quality) - they arrived and were the cheapest quality ever - even the postage oackage had a item value of 5 dollars!
To keep this short - customer service stopped replying once they knew I had an issue I complained via Paypal and got a full refund (you must ignore the fact Alexia say no refund - you have rights to a refund if the item is faulty/ ot as described) and I would strongly advise any other customers to do the same this company is a fraud...cheap, horrible and shouldn’t be able to trade

I received my leggings in the mail and they are just the worst quality I have ever seen. The package that arrived was very shady and looked cheaper than cheap packaging from a roadside stand. The leggings themselves are made out of a very low quality material, which I could tell just from the hand. I washed them before trying them on because these leggings were obviously made in China, and shipped from there, and who knows what chemical was used to dye them. I am ethnically Chinese and proud to be, so I'm not being xenophobic, this is just how bad these leggings were. I probably shouldn't have let them touch any part of my body that I value, but I was curious. They had faded already even though I used a delicate cycle and air dried them. Many threads came loose as well, indicating poor quality. They are also definitely not a medium, I can barely pull them past my knees and I'm a fit person! I'm sorely disappointed as this was my first experience ordering from this company and I'm quite sure all of the reviews on the site are forged. They have a no return/exchange after 3 days so probably will just have to throw out my purchase. Save your time and money, do not shop with this company!
