I initially booked in a VIP day with Alex as I was feeling overwhelmed with business to-dos and lack of marketing and social media strategy

I initially booked in a VIP day with Alex as I I felt like I was putting lots of work in to get new bookings but nothing was flowing, everything felt stagnant. I was also really aware that my mindset i.e. low self-confidence, emotionally attached to business, etc. was really impacting the way I felt about each client that didn't book.

The VIP day was absolutely incredible. The day changed my life. I was absolutely exhausted by the end of the day so I think, for me and knowing my energy levels, I would book shorter sessions next time but the work we did during that one day was absolutely phenomenal. The mindset work allowed space for me to really explore where my beliefs were coming from and I was shocked as to the things that I worked out during that time.

Then, for me, the practical business planning, getting an idea of what I wanted to include in my business going forward, looking at my prices and also forecasting my potential income based on current events and services I had in my diary, it blew my mind. It completely shifted my perspective on my own business. I also came away feeling better able to look at my business as a business, it's really helped me to think, 'ok well that didn't work, maybe next time I'll try this' instead of, 'nobody values what I offer, wants me or thinks I'm any good'.

Before spending the day together I felt I was lost, I wanted to quit but knew I HAD to carry on as my work, my business, is my calling. I was low, emotionally exhausted and so so done with being on the rollercoaster.

I'm now feeling excited. I have WAY more in place to make sure I achieve the targets I have set for myself. I'm not afraid to look at the numbers and talk them through with my partner. I have also have a 100% booking rate from my connection calls which is amazing. My business systems worked really well but now it’s really clear, it works even better. People know what they are getting when they go onto my website and I've had feedback that it's really helpful. I'm confident, I feel assure of myself and my offerings, I know that this is my business and I can choose how I want to run it

Some of the key things I walked away from the VIP day with were; the knowing that when I value my work, others do too, being organised and actually looking at the seemingly scary stuff actually helps me to makes sensible decisions that are much less emotive, Regular coaching HAS to be a part of my business plan, financial forecasting is essential, keeping a lead tracker is an amazing tool that shouldn't be overlooked, it means I can be really proactive in making follow ups.

I absolutely would recommend a VIP day to others! Without a doubt! It has changed the way I run my business right from the day after my VIP day! My marketing manager has also commented on how good it's been for my business! I've made the money back 5 times in the past 4 weeks which I never ever thought I would say! Complete shift in the way my business is being run! Complete change in the way I treat the business and myself too!

Working with Alex honestly changed everything for me. I was instantly drawn to her approach to business and attended a workshop which I loved. I knew I needed her eyes in my business and my goal was to leave my part time job and go fully into self employment. She gently nudged me out of my comfort zone time and time again, with a month I’d handed my notice in and over a 12 month period of coaching I went from clueless but passionate to believing fully that I am a businesswomen and meant to be doing this.
