Absolute horrible quality !!Got…

Absolute horrible quality !!Got beautiful gifted big flower earrings , the stick part was so fragile after about 5 wears it broke of.I then kindly asked if they could send me just a single earring since the damage was not my fault , they refused.I got gifted a other pair of earrings where the lock is so lose I have lost them countless times because they fall out very easily ...I would not recommend buying since it isn’t cheap :(((

I ordered 3 items for my Daughter's…

I ordered 3 items for my Daughter's graduation early July & still have not received them. I have sent endless emails requesting either a replacement but now asking for a refund. The company either do not reply or say they are investigating DPD tracking. I checked initial delivery with SEUR who in red letters state they never received the parcel from Aleyole. I fear the DPD is a red herring & question now if it was ever sent despite the fact I have been fully charged.
I have read other similar reviews with similar problems & would warn anyone to fully consider before purchasing from this company as unreliable & possibly dishonest asa nothing has materialised since they weeks ago claimed to be investigating the problem. i am going through my credit card company to get my money back & never again make further purchases.

Crap Return/ Refund Experience

The items were not as expected which is fine so I decided to return them. What’s not fine is the fact that I paid for expedited shipping but my order was significantly delayed and the fact that I’ve been repeatedly told I’ve been refunded (can’t believe I had to pay for return) despite providing proof it hasn’t been deposited in my account. This has been going on since the end of last month. Will never order from here again.

Overall good experience

Overall good experience. There was a delay with the order confirmation but once I wrote to customer support they were prompt and sorted everything out. The huggie that I bought wasn't very comfortable. In fact is sat so badly on my ear that I had to move it in order to prevent pain and this caused it to fall off and I've no lost it pretty much after the 3rd use so it was a waste of money for me.

Great customer service!

The clasps on one of the earring sets I ordered was not working - I contacted Customer Service and they responded immediately and agreed to send me a new pair, free of charge. Excellent customer service and the jewellery is beautiful!

Faulty earring clasps (ever time I…

Faulty earring clasps (ever time I order)

Their jewelry is cute, but both times I ordered hoop earrings the clasps were faulty. One time I was at home and found the earring, the second time I bought more expensive hoops and lost one within an hour of going out.

From other reviews, seems like I am not the only one that has experienced this problem.

All that customer service said they would do is offer me a discount (but like serious? and pay EUR 7 shipping). Sorry but I will not purchase anything from you guys again

Fabulous service

A gem on one of the rings I ordered came off and within 24 hours I was given a reply and sent a new ring! Fabulous costumer service!!!

Everything fine

Everything fine. The necklace is really beautiful and the delivery was quick. The presentation of the product was nice (great for a present) and arrived in perfect condition.

my cherry gold piercing missing one of its stone. They should have check the item before shipment. I live far from Spain so it’s a big disappointment for me. I sent an complaint via email 2 days ago but they haven’t responded until now.
