We have a contract

I send you x amount of y currency. You send me x amount of z currency.

I sent you my money, where is it?

More to the point, where is your support team?

You can't operate in this space in this manner. People need to be able to trust you. As far as i am concerned at this time, you are scammers.

Edit: my order wasn't "delayed or cancelled". We had a contract through trocador. I paid you. You then let that contract expire and I've had to waste hours of my time trying to get even basic information from you guys.

This has culminated in your support saying they would pay the contract at "the current rate". THIS IS NOT THE TERMS IN THE CONTRACT THAT BOTH PARTIES AGREED TO.

At the end of the day, I had a deal lined up involving that XMR that would have doubled my money, but this has since expired due to your side's incompetance.

If *I* had screwed someone over like this, I would be beside myself trying to make it right.

Edit: here's the problem with your "solution".

COMPENSATION IS NOT OBLIGATORY.

*This* is why *other people* I have spoken to about this issue have felt as strongly about it as I have, to the point of warnings being raised about using your service moving forward. Because operating under the modality that you currently are, there is nothing stopping you from claiming "technical issues" on a day where exchange rates change massively in order to walk away with millions of dollars of user funds, and you'd have a precedent of not honouring the original contract.

Not to mention the fact that I'd stated multiple, multiple times (literally 5 times) that I did not accept the "revised" terms (ie using the "current" exchange rate), and you then acted like you accepted my viewpoint before subsequently slipping the word "current" into a wall of text (despite me being emphatically clear that I would never accept these terms). You literally had the details of the exchange rate at the time the original contract was agreed, so there are absolutely NO excuses.

It isn't about the monetary value at all, and to claim you don't see the issue at hand is either disingenuity or outright incompetence.

Automatic exchange took place in about 2 minutes. Couldn't ask for a better service. Everything is good except high exchange fee.

This tool does exactly what its supposed to do. I'm confused at those that gave this a 1-star, though to be fair I have not read those comments as of yet.

My experience personally was smooth. I exchanged LTC for XMR, waited for the requisite confirmations to be complete, then the transaction was completed.

Simple as that. Checked the Monero TX tracker tools and it was confirmed.

What more could you really want?
