Ordered 23rd, paid £25 extra for next day delivery. Didn't receive any confirmation or tracking. Asked for tracking through PayPal and was issued a refund with no explanation as to why I'm not being sent the parts I ordered.

Seriously have never dealt with a so called business that has no respect for customers at all.

PLEASE GIVE THIS LOT A SWERVE AND MOVE ON. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY TO DELIVER WHAT THEY HAVE ON THEIR SITE. DO NOT TRUST THIS AND IF YOU ARE SILLY ENOUGH TO DO IT, USE PAYPAL SO YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO FALL BACK ON

I had a terrible experience with this seller. I ordered a pickup roller that was clearly listed as compatible with the Canon ImageRunner 2520. There was no email confirmation, and the delivery took unusually long. Concerned, I opened a dispute through PayPal due to the lack of communication.

Only after PayPal contacted them did they rush to send the item—using express delivery. But what arrived was the wrong part, completely incompatible with my copier. Even worse, the part number didn’t match what was originally on their website.

After I raised the issue, I checked the product page again and found that it had been quietly edited. The description and image were changed to reflect a different roller, now listing compatibility with other models. It’s clear they updated the listing after I filed the complaint.

It’s dishonest to change the listing retroactively and not take responsibility. I won’t be buying from them again and caution others to be very careful.

Our office has an older model multifunction printer and we needed a new transfer belt. Parts are becoming more difficult to source, so I was really pleased when I found this company. I ordered the unit and paid extra for next working day delivery. Well, the next working day arrived and I had received no tracking number, so I though I would give them a ring. The order hadn't yet been processed and would take 7 to 10 working days to arrive. When I asked why I hadn't been notified, they said they had been busy! I then thought I would look at reviews and found lots of negative ones. I then asked them to cancel my order, which they have done, and now I am just waiting on a refund.
Not a very good business model when customer service is too busy to phone their customers when there is an issue with the order. I wonder how long it would have been if I hadn't phoned?

I buy items for a Sharp SF2010. I get confirmation and suddenly without a notice I get refunded on paypal . Now a few days later the items are still on the website but for twice the price. What kind of business is this ?

About as bad as you can get.
I ordered a part for an HP T-120, and it arrived in 7-10 days, which given the size of the box, the extreme light weight of the package and the amount they charge for delivery, must have been airdropped by Concorde. I had some spare time to fit the part, opened the box and the component in the anti static bag wasn't sealed shut properly, and the FFC was wrapped around the part in such a way that the sharp underside of the components soldered onto the PCB had not only ripped the bag, but punctured the ribbon cable as well. I asked for a refund within 28 days, as I had a strong feeling the part was NOT as advertised, a genuine HP part and was also DoA. I reported this to them politely, explaining what had happened, and their response (verbatim) was as follows:

"This is a very old order,

As per our terms and condition any issue with the item’s to be reported within seven working day from the date of delivery.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns in this occasion.

Kind Regards"

No apology, no mea cupla, no refund or offer of replacement, just a Foxtrot Oscar. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!! STAY AWAY - COWBOY ALERT

Would NEVER use again. I ordered the wrong part for my printer, asked to return it and was told my order was "far too old" yet I had only just received the order! I was well within their website T&C's. They were patronising, refused to give me the advisor's name, and refused to take the return. Shocking customer service!

Not to be trusted, they told me a toner cartridge was out of stock and cancelled my order. In fact it was in stock but marked up at an incorrect price. Rather than contact me to negotiate a bargain, they decided to lie and increase the price of the product by over 50%...
The website still says the item is in stock !!
Avoid at all costs !!!
