I was threatened by a delivery driver…
I was threatened by a delivery driver at my door. I had selected “leave at door” but he kept ringing until I opened. Then he moved deliberately slowly while staring into my eyes the entire time. This was around 10-11pm at night. After unloading, he demanded a cash tip - even though I had paid online and had no cash at home.
I contacted support. They promised to “take it seriously” but could not guarantee this driver wouldn’t be assigned to me again.
Today I tried to order again. My order was cancelled without any explanation.
So let me understand: I report threatening behavior from a driver. And YOUR response is to cancel MY order?
This feels like punishment for speaking up. Instead of protecting your customers, you punish them for reporting safety concerns.
