Alfie's Sweet Shack was founded in December 2021 by father and son who's aim was to build a business together from scratch. What better business for a young boy to have than his very own sweet business! A budding shop owner for some time, albeit a pretend one in the dinning room, Alfie suggested we sell sweets.....and now we do just that! We want to provide you with some tasty treats that will put a smile on your face, while also trying to look after our planet. This is why we are using reusable sweet pouches and bio degradable mail bags! Join us on our journey as we grow and deliver our sweets right across the country.

Great value for money

Hi Lauren, I am sorry you havnt received your order yet but please let me explain why this may be the case....
You placed the order on November 24th. We aim to process all orders in one to two working days.
We were away from office on the 24th and 25th as per our website notice and socials at the time.
At the same time, there were also royal mail strikes, so even if we could post your order, it wouldn't have been processed by royal mail.
The Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th were not working days.
Monday 28th we returned to office and processed your order that day.
Tuesday 29th we delivered your parcel to the Royal Mail sorting office. When delivering, they advised that the mail we delivered, probably wouldn't be touched until Monday 5th.
There are additional strikes on the 30th and 1st so no mail will be processed by them during this time.
Therefore, we have processed and dispatched the order as quick as we could, with external sources not allowing your items to turn up within the normal time frames. I appriciate the feedback, but please accept our apologies that external sources have meant it is not with you yet. We hope they arrive soon.
