Extremely disappointing experience. I reached out with a genuine housing inquiry and was met with condescension and assumptions about my lifestyle and financial situation. Rather than asking clarifying questions, the team made premature judgments and ultimately refused to assist, despite marketing themselves as a solution for foreign nationals relocating to Portugal. A company that claims to support international relocation should operate with empathy, professionalism, and open-mindedness. This was not my experience.
