Terrible service. The document package for my residence permit application was prepared with mistakes. The lawyer could ignore messages for up to two days, then suddenly text on weekends and urgently demand documents by Monday. After three months, it turned out there were issues with the insurance — it’s unclear why this wasn’t checked from the beginning.

After my complaint, the manager wrote that she was “forced to consult with the lawyer” because I hadn’t reported my concerns immediately and was only bringing them up several months later. After their internal review, they concluded that the lawyer had done everything correctly and that it was unclear what exactly I was dissatisfied with. I do not recommend them.

It was quite easy to work with Irina. She told me what I needed to do, and I did it. As a result, the whole process took about 7 months from the start of collecting documents to getting a positive decision, and I think this is a very good result in the current situation :)
