Hi, my account has a problem for more than 1 month (can't login to my account anymore due to authorization failing) and created 2 tickets and I'm not getting any help/solution to get back to my trading journey
the support responded to
- the first ticket by: it's been solved and no issue solved AT ALL
- the second ticket they said we'll forward your issue to our internal team, and we'll respond ASAP but it's been more than a week and didn't get a single response from them

On my second payout request, I was falsely accused of utilizing "account management" by the Algo Forex Funds team so that they do not have to approve my payout request. I did not break any rules, so they invented another reason to not pay me. I sent them proof via email in the form of all the original trades from my MT5 account that match their records exactly. They are to date ignoring my emails and not responding at all. Algo Forex Funds seem to be just another lying HFT prop firm. I had high hopes for them... If you want to do the right thing Algo Forex Funds, please do contact me. I will gladly update this review.

Please avoid purchasing any of their products, as they are misleading. While they do offer payouts, be aware of their terms and conditions. Their advertisements are deceptive—they promise a 95% profit split, but in reality, this takes months to achieve.

In the first and second months, you only receive a 60% profit split. In the third and fourth months, it increases to 65%, and so on. However, this isn’t the only issue. They also impose a maximum cap on each account. For example, on a $50,000 account, the maximum cap is $800. You only receive 60% of this capped amount, meaning your maximum payout is $480.

After deducting the cost of the account, you are left with just $180 in profit for the first month of a live account—assuming you pass the challenge phase. This equates to a mere 0.36% return on a $50,000 account for the first month.

These terms are among the worst in the funded trading industry and are clearly designed to benefit the company rather than the trader. Over the lifetime of the account, you can never earn more than 1,54% of the total account value.

Avoid this misleading company and their exploitative terms.

EDIT:

After 1 successful withdrawal they blocked my account and disabled my trading account without any clarification. Support is not responding and they blocked me on instagram after having critics towards their support for their shady terms and conditions.

EDIT 2: They eventually unblocked my account but will not pay-out the second profitable month because I soft breach there profit consistency rule which is a redicilous rule that is very hard to comply with since there is a max cap of 1,6% of the account which means you can reach your profit goal in just 1 trade.

They took my earnings. Withdrawals without a valid explanation were not accepted. I have all the evidence, and I didn't break any of the rules. A terrible business. Watch out for it. It benefits individuals less than it exploits them. With Simple change, I got the outcome I wanted. Reliable returns and prompt payment are given priority.

Don't waste your time, they had been rejected my payout 3 times, the name of copy trading, they just reset your account. Finally I decided to not trade with them even they reset account. Waste my time.

Scam alert!
Denied 2 payouts back to back on a 250k funded . Copy trading breach , after reading all the comments it’s clear they do not pay out ! Close all accounts and trust pilot needs to do a full investigation on to how they are scamming everyone

i bought 100k Account and made profits on it by following all rules and regulations !
But when payout day came , my actual payout supposed to be 1200$ but they did not gave me and removed me from MT4 and from prop firm

If you raise voice for justice and if you expose them they will simply remove you from prop firm and they will remove your account !

I trade on VSA and traded with them since 2 months , made profits based on all rules and regulations .

Before the market close on November 29, 2024, gold remained stable without any fluctuations. However, ALGO plummeted by 80 USD directly, which caused my account to be liquidated. Currently, the server remains in a closed state.

Stay away from this company. On November 29th they closed my account because I supposedly violated the maximum loss rule. They opened a position that in 1 millisecond went into the negative -$23,676. They are thieves, then they extend me a 40% offer on my next attempt. I never opened that position, and I have proof to support what I say.

My third review on here. Below they have replied to my comment stating that they had made contact and explained the reason for denied payout. This is incorrect. Algo now are now liable to pay me for 2x payouts and have refused. None of my trades are in breach of the terms and conditions and they have clearly made them up so that they keep the payment. I trade full time and place my own trades. These guys do not pay. Please spend your money elsewhere. What a dissapointment.
