I have always had good service with Alibox and when I did have problems they were quick to respond. Most of my problems were because of bad internet connections. I have been with Alibox for over 4 years now and I have referred many friends to you!

Hello, I so far love to have Aliboxtv and have many channels that the service offers. I only subscribe one year ago and I am very content with the service as well as the customer service. When i needed help, the problems were quick resolved wich I very appreciate.
I also appreciate the adding of episodes of the curently playing series. Honnestly i would not go back to cable unless the rates and qualtiy changes.

Have been with this service for roughly 4 years now. Was tempted when our kids subscribed to the service and enjoyed their experience. We have cancelled our other services to go only with Alibox and we are satisfied. The customer service was a little more available in the first years but is good. No issues otherwise and we save quite a bit on our entertainment service ever since!

I got this service in 2020 and the value and the service is a very good for the price. The best TV Internet service!

Have had Alibox for 3 years and am very happy with it. Have saved a lot of money by being able to cancel all cable and streaming services. Have recommended it to friends and family.

I've been with alibox for over 3 years and their service is top notch. Never had any issues that weren't resolved immediately by them!

AliBox has saved my family a bunch of money. I cancelled all of my other streaming apps as this has it all! Love the TV series as I don't like commercials and watch all my programs there. They are fast at replying to questions that may come up. It buffers a bit but nothing that we worry about. Give it a second and it normally fixes itself. Thankful my parents recommended it to us.

Great price for all what you get. Ever once in awhile it goes down or kicks you when you are watching a live channel that has a lot of viewers but for the price I couldn't be happier.

I have been using Alibox for many years now and have never had a issue. I had tried many other services before I have found them and they have been the best. Always available. Have even had some friends and family start using the service and they also have never had a issue.

I’ve had the service for a few years. It is generally reliable and am quite pleased with it when it works, but does have occasional drop outs. Customer service used to be more responsive and helpful via email, but not so much lately. Also, payment process is a bit cumbersome.

I've Alibox TV since 2020/05/30 and I appreciate their service. I've always had quick answers when I've had questions for customer service.

When I first signed up with alibox tv, I was bit worried on what I was doing. But following their step by step instructions, it was so easy and any questions I had along the way it was just a message a way with a quick response.
My product I am pleased with it and recommend it to anyone else I know, I’ve been with them for 2 and a half years and I have no regrets.
The constant updates on their page is awesome always something new and I just can’t complain.

Overall satisfaction is 10/10 even though we don’t got that option 5/5 is good enough

Everything went wrong, The box I received does not work on three different android TV's and two different Internet providers that I tried. They will not replace the box, that I am convinced it is faulty. Ah well, try something that may be ?????? $ 400.00 out the window.
