Very little challenges over the course of the last year and a half. I have had a couple of issues (as will occur with most online things) but they have been good at dealing with any as they arise.

Running with alibox since at least 5 years now , they had major improvements, response fast to issue when had some , but really helpful and they follow up if any issues they can resolved

Great customer service an quality product

I’ve had AliBoxTV for over a year now, and after having a few issues, support was offered surprisingly quick. Movies were buffering, but after tech support and suggesting downloading a VLC, it has been great. Some of the problems I had was due to my poor internet speed. All in all pretty good, Support has been great!

I have used AliboxTV for about1.5 years now. Initially tried them first for a month (was skeptical due to reviews), switched to another provider, found Alibox to be better, came back and subscribed for a year and most likely will renew after expiration. Here are my reasons for staying with them this long:
1. Honestly I have never had issues with customer support, always timeous and helpful.
2.I am a sport fanatic: cricket, soccer, boxing etc and I think what they have more than covers for my needs. Though I don't really have time for it, movies and TV shows are aplenty as well.
3.Ability to watch on mobile and TV interchangeably. However, I have noted that you cant watch concurrently on both devices.
4. Rare to no buffering when streaming (I use a firestick on TV, initially when I used directly on TV there was irritating buffering, probably processer issues).
5. Obviously the 3 extra months you get when you subscribe for a year.

The broad spectrum of viewing options available on Alibox allows us to pursue the diverse interests that exist in our extended family. From Romcoms to history studies, kids movies to cinematic pinnacles - we get something for everyone… thanks to our Alibox.

After realizing that my previous messages were arriving as SPAM, Alibox TV reached out to help me with my uploading problems for their service. It took some time as I was using the Firestick application, but Allen guided me through the maze of information and I have the Programming views I was after! Great patience and step by step assistance is treasured as a Consumer and I strongly recommend AliboxTV to anyone looking for better TV viewing at a cost far below the standard Cable companies!! These guys Rock!
And 2 days later, I had the same issue of not being able to see Programming on my AlliboxTV!! Trying to contact the Help Desk was next to impossible with multiple emails going back and forth because the Chat option doesn't exist!! 2 weeks late and I still have no Program Option to see what each channel is showing!!! Absolutely Brutal service when all I want is to enjoy my purchase.

I've had a very positive experience with this company. I don't watch TV that often, but when I have time to do it, I like to have a reliable service that won't cost too much. This fits the bill. I don't recall ever having problems watching something. I mostly watch TV series or movies, and they have a huge selection of both. I subscribed a year ago and I plan on renewing. The customer service is great too. I asked once to help with a tiny issue I had, and they were very helpful. Can't go wrong if you choose AliboxTv.

Got AliboxTv since 2 months and they hadn’t find the troubles I have like there’s no sound in the movies, I have certain channels with no sound, the descriptions are not the right one I’m watching on tv, and on time shift it cuts 30 or 60 seconds before the end of the show…
I think I’ll change for another company or back to the cable tv…

Our friends from Canada recommended Alibox to us, and we are truly grateful! We were paying so much for different streaming services and now it is all bundled into one great place at a fantastic price! We are very happy with the email service as they have quick response time...no waiting on phone for people just to get transferred and wait again! Payment is simple through app on phone.
We have the highest speed internet and there is still a little buffering at times but it seems to work itself out. We use an app on our smart tv to play, not sure if going back to the hard wired box would make a difference but the occasional buffering doesn't make us try. We love the ability to have on a second tv in the house and on the computer to take with us on holiday.
Overall we are very happy to get so many series, movies, sports and specialty shows all in one place! We recommend Alibox every chance we get! Thank you for great TV entertainment!

I have had Alibox for 5 years now. The channels are endless they have something for every mood, and everyone, they are quick to answer your questions and resolve any issues, and the cost is so reasonable that I love it and won't change ...

Have been watching since Feb 24, set up was easy, 1 little issue that was mostly my fault, otherwise have had great enjoyment watching so many channels and apps, etc. Would highly recommend.

I bought an Alibox about 4 years ago with the recommendation from my brother-in-law. I loved how easy it is to use and all of the channels that you get with the subscription that I ended up buying one for my daughter when she went to college. She used it at her dorm in College for 2 years and it was very easy for her to set it up, all she needed was internet and a tv. I like that it is mobile, you can bring anywhere and just plug it in and use it right away.
