Another horrible shop to deal with.

Bought 2 items from their site, they items are short on the arms, I explained and asked to sent the items back.
And for 3 weeks they keep sending me this kinda offer ''we will give you xxx korting etc etc''
I politely told them I don't want a discount, I want to send it back and get my refund, nothing.
I went to the Consumenten Wijzer and am waiting to take legal action against this horrible company.
Please just stay away from this company!!!!

Scammers!! Don’t order from here. I received email to say they will give me 10% refund back on my order even though it’s a completely different jacket than what I ordered. How do we report this store and receive our money back??

I have the same experience as others described and rated it 1 star. The quality is terrible; neither the photos nor the descriptions match the items at all.

As EU citizens, we have the right to withdraw within 14 days after receipt. The item and any shipping costs should be fully reimbursed.

They are invoicing from the Netherlands, not from China, so they are an EU company. Do not accept any offer less than full reimbursement. If they resist, please contact the office for EU citizen rights protection in your country and file a complaint. It works very well and protects our rights effectively.

Stay away! Fraudsters!!!! If you encounter with a order issue , even being due to their own error, they will spend 2 weeks making you offers of reimbursement starting from 10% and if you insist to 50% , then if you accept they suddenly go back to offer 10% trying to exhaust you and scam you! This is a criminal organization that defrauds consumers. Be warned!!

Chinese, poor quality products.

Impossible to return ! They keep offering discounts without acknowledging the fact that you only wish to send the product back to them.

After 10 exchanges of email telling them it is not legal, they send an address to china. Sending back is at your own expenses. Needless to say, price of sending back costs as much as their cheap quality product.

Another scam going on on internet. You fell like you’re ordering from a European company, located in the Netherlands. This is merely a facade !

I wish i wouldve read these comments before my order. shipping took a month, quality is terrible, not even the same products. they offered 10% back on a 100 euros order.
shame on them.

The client expérience is unacceptable.
I have no idea where my order is afar more than 2 weeks.
After sales service is not existing!
