Our shipment was delayed for our wedding weekend, Shira responded to my instagram message and overnighted us a new order with some Lagniappe for our New Orleans wedding.

You quickly responded to my problem and did everything you could to make up for the melted shipment. You made me feel appreciated as a customer, which doesn't happen often in our current business environment.

Excellent service and product taste great still don't feel anything yet.

I ordered 2 different products , loved one , no benefits found in the other . Alice kindly refunded my order before I could get to cancel the refill . I tried to cancel it but was too late . Alice was so easy to work with . I love the other product , and have it on auto order .

I have not received my order, and no one is responding to my emails. The tracking hasn't updated once, but every time I check it says "en route" with the exact date and time of when I'm checking. So sketchy. There is no customer service number to call and no one to get back to me about a refund.

They refused to fill my order and never sent the product. The customer support at info at alicemushroomofficial dot com was fast to request payment, but never delivered my order and will no longer respond. I requested information and/or a refund and they did neither.

Scam. They took my money for a $500 order and never delivered. Gave me the runaround and over 3 months later I still can't get either my product or a refund. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I accidentally signed up to subscribe and wanted to change that; I was ready for a no-refund fight. Just the opposite! Customer service was exceptional, plus I learned I wasn’t taking the chocolate as directed. I did today and feel amazing. Hands down, the BEST customer service ever! I will reorder for sure now.

Holidays are stressful when managing a successful online business yet when I ordered the wrong product and wanted to exchange it braced myself for no response. I received a delightful email on New Year's eve that communicated giving their employees a much needed break but they would answer soon. I received a response New Year's Day after I let them know the misordering was my fault and I had too much of Zen-x and (obviously) needed Brainstorm! No hassle, no restock charge, that evenings email was "your order is on its way! I've tried the competition and I can honestly say Alice mushrooms are the most effective.

The customer service was so personal and caring. I am so impressed by this company

Quick and accurate help. Replied same day/ very competent and pleasant.

Love the Nightcap ones as they are very mild and gradually mellow me enough that I can relax and fall asleep. Many evenings I am affected by restlessness and these help.
