This is a scammer unfortunately- plastic shoes sold as orthopedic quality shoes with over 28k five star reviews that you cannot read!

Still awaiting a refund for my order. Chased the company 4 times.
No communication from them.
Now reporting to Trading Standards.

Based on my experience do not use, poor quality supplied from a Warehouse in China only 30%refund offered or to return to China at my own cost!!!

Do not use them! No confirmation email and no response to refund emails. Scam!!!!!

If i could score minus 1 i would. 5 emailsnot replied to. Items received look nothing like the pictures. I usually check trust pilot gor reviews and for some reason decided not to thought it was a uk company. Definitely not. Items from China. Thought it was a genuine sale - not. Scam

This company is a scam, it’s based in China not Birmingham. The clothes are very poorly made. They won’t get back to you when you ask for a return. This is 100% fraud, don’t buy from this.

I received my coat which was apparently on sale from £60 to £120. I'm not sure how, but I'd seen decent reviews online saying their quality was good.
When I received the coat I could not believe how cheap the material felt. It feels like a could tear it apart with my hands and incredible static. Not the quality I expect for £60 and certainly not for £120.
I then emailed requesting a refund to which I was told I could return to China (of course) at my expense and get a refund, or keep the coat and they would give me 30% back. I requested the address and heard nothing back.
I have since sent another email expressing my disappointment and disgust at the service I have received and that I feel I have been scammed. This was a week ago and I still haven't received anything back.
Don't buy!!

The clothing illustrations do not match the product, poor quality items. Advertising for Alice & Noah is leading, and suggests that they're Birmingham based. Parcels are shipped from China and take ages to come. I emailed requesting full details of how to return the items 11 days ago, still no reply. Do not buy from this company. Poor quality goods, delivery, advertising and customer service.

This is my second post following failed return email request a return for wrong order.Further more the winter coat is poorly made .Please do not buy from Alice &Noah. Should be reported to trading standard.I have lost my money and don’t want this happening to anyone else

Steer clear of this website. I purchased what I thought were leather brogue type shoes (as portrayed in the pictures)I was sent a pair of plastic, badly made shoes which were nothing like the item portrayed. I also waited 2 weeks for the item to arrive. The returns policy makes it very hard to return. DO NOT ORDER.
