If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered two wigs three months ago and have yet to receive them. Money was taken out of my account and I am now out of my $54.98. This is a SCAM

Aliciawigs are scamming people by showing beautiful wigs on video advertisments only to send rubbish wigs you when you buy them.
I paid for 4 wigs, I could not wear 3 out of them they look so bad, poor and cheap quality. I tried to look for customer service email contact and I could not find a contact email and I could not call them either. I need to get these items returned but how much is the postage cost to return these items?
Don't be fooled by these scammers please. Stop ordering from them, actions should be taking against them.

This is a SCAM!!!!!! I purchased 4 wigs and I received a confirmation, but it did not look right. So I waited the next day to see if I could track my order and I could not. So I contacted my credit card company immediately and they stated there was a charge from an electronic company for the same amount on the same day. Thank goodness the payment was not processed. They had to cancel my credit card and issue a new one. So upset!!!!

THERE'S NO PHONE # I COUMD SEE AND THE MESSAGE AREA WHERE YOU TYPE ALL YOUR INFO AND CONCERNS KEPT ERASING EVERY TIME I TRIED TO SUBMIT MY QUESTIONS!!!
THE WIGS THEY SHOW ATE TRULY BEAUTIFUL LOOKING AND GOOD QUALITY.
BUT IT'S JUST A BAITING SCAM.
I WISH I COULD FIND THE COMPANY THAT REALKY SELLS THEM.
THIS ALICIA COMPANY IS NO GOOD!!

This company should take down their site instead of scamming people. This is false advertising, the wigs advertised look real, gorgeous...the one you get are just absolutely poor quality, unfinished product. Please please read and believe Every single review here is true DO NOT BUY.
I have contacted them to complain they don't reply to you but if you paid by PayPal open a resolution they have no option but to reply. I'm going through one at the moment they offer partial refund which is not reflecting on the amount I have spent. Not even worth one star.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. THEY ARE NOT LEGIT AND SENT THE POOREST QUALITY PLASTIC I'VE EVER SEEN IN LIFE. NOT AT ALL WHAT I ordered. I will never order from them again.

I gave it 1 star to be able to write about this horrid company and their messy wigs ! What a piece of crappy plastic hair ! False advertising at its worst ! Not worth paying to send it back ! Please don’t do it ! Not this company.

Update . I disputed it with PaypL. The scammers offered 20.00 bucks and i took it.

False , Deceptive and misleading scammers. Wig I recived LOOKS NOTHING LIKE the PICTURE from their website. I have asked them for the refund address at least 4 times. When they respond its alway long, mumbling paragraphs without the address.

Their ads are all over Pinterest. I saw this ad of a woman taking off this amazing seamless lace front wig. I go to the website stoked to buy a wig. They had a buy 1 get 1 free deal. The density was great but it was a basic shiny plastic cosplay wig. I'm not returning it because I only paid $50 for 2 wigs.

I agree with everyone who written about their experiences. We got taken by these oversea people and BBB need an address but there isn’t one given on the site. If anyone did get an address, what did the give you and did anyone ever get a refund as stated in the returns? I screwed up to because I went by their site in product when I know better to check Yelp for the truth. I hate That I was got but thank God it was only for $54 and done through PayPal and not my credit card. I’m still going back and forth and it takes days for the same answer as if it was an auto answering me. To Alicia scammers “ You got us but God got you and that’s way worse”

This product cannot get a star rating because it’s so poor in quality that it’s beyond a rating! On no accounting purchase this wig you WILL be disappointed..

I purchased a wig which was no where near the picture. I get a email that they don’t rework order due to extrusions. They also included in email to care for the wig and basically work it outI wasted my money and will not be wearing a wig that was dead on arrival when I got it. The sad part is to get an response for saying everyone expectations is different. If the texture was right and the product can be work on to be a desire hairstyle that would be different. Not a wig that look like it lost life in route to heaven! Not cool at all!

This is the worst product (WIGS) ever, I was so excited about my purchase, until I received my order. I was highly upset. The sent me two of the same wigs and the were horrible, They look like plastic warmed over and they were poorly made. The tracks were falling apart. I just want my money back. I always read reviews and then make a decision, This one cost me $49.95. Im still trying to dispute. UH they make it bad for other legit sites.

Not only are the wigs horrible, but their website says you can return the wigs in original packaging. It took TWO MONTHS for this vendor to send a return address from China, instead of honoring what was on their website. And, the person responding to my inquiries was unnecessarily snarky. If the site says it can be returned, just email the buyer back return instructions to return the product instead of trying to convince them not to send back. Do not send this vendor even TWO DOLLARS ($2). It's just not worth it. I wish I saw this site before ordering. 🙁

The 2 wigs I order are HORRIBLE they look NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES on the website and I will tell the world about your HORRIBLE PRODUCT. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS COMPANY. I wasted my hard-earned money on your products. I will put a review out about how horrible these 2 wigs are. If I could rate them less, then zero.
I was able to get a partial refund through PayPal assistance. Buyers beware. This is a SCAM company.

Would have been minus stars!!! Total scam... wigs are cheap, they are not as refined as the pictures appear to show on their website, it says you can get a refund, (they don't tell you, you don't have a chance in hell) ,because in order to do that they need to send you an address and.... they don't. All they do is keep asking stupid questions in order to avoid following through with their pledge to send a refund! Then they stop contact....Thank god I didn't spend more on that CRAP!!!! STAY WELL AWAY!!!

This wig is not even worth one star. They are cheap crap. I got two supposedly for the price of one for $50+. I reached out to their customer service and tried to return the cheap crap. Someone by the name of Judy Mitchell responded and wanted to see pics. I emailed everything they asked for me to get a refund, but the never sent a return address and stopped responding to my emails. This is a scam company.

A zero is my rating. I received my wigs 2/10/22 and was excited, when I pulled the wigs out of the bag,OMG! Those wigs looked nothing like what I had ordered. They was frizzy, had a part in the middle, very big hair. They was awful! Do not order from this company.

Everything that everyone has said about these wigs is. They said they were lace front but they weren´t and the texture is horrible. There is plastic in the wigs and much shedding and the parts were in the middle, not the side. I recommend that no one should spend their money on flatulent advertising which the wigs that I purchased were being advertised on Pinterest

Everything everyone said about this company is absolutely true and anything else horrible you can think of is true about this scandalous company. I want to return these cheap hair wigs, but no one ever returns the e-mails. They cannot keep on deceiving all these people, but I do believe in Karma and I feel sorry for them when it hits. One star is too good for them.
