We were very dissatisfied with the services provided by this company. We purchased our tickets online and were scheduled to arrive in Capri at 10:10 a.m., but we arrived almost an hour later. As a result, we lost valuable time from our planned trip.

Since our return departure was scheduled for 4:25 p.m., we had to rush throughout the day and were unable to fully enjoy our visit to the island. We tried to extend our stay online, but the representative from Alicost was unable or unwilling to assist us.

The customer service and communication were very poor, and the overall experience was disappointing. For the price we paid, we expected a much more professional and customer-oriented approach.
No recommendation.

Abandoned at Capri. We waited at the allocated dock until shortly before scheduled departure time, we were told commove to another dock. The (last) Alicost ferry came and went without us. We had to pay another ferry company to take us to Sorrento and then Positano. Alicost did not care at all. We complained and they shrugged it off. I would avoid them at all cost

Very poor service and follow up to complaint. We booked two tickets to take us from Solerno to Sorento at the end of June last paying €44 for our tickets. We arrived at 9.30 for a 10am departure but the boat never showed up!! The office at the pier told us it was cancelled- no notice no email nothing. Now they refuse to even reply to an email to refund our money they are a rip off unreliable and don’t care about customer’s avoid if you can.
