I recently purchased a cloak 3.5 holster with a RDS cut. The backer is very comfortable but the cut was very poorly done on the shell. It didn't cover the trigger guard completely and had some rough edges. I contacted customer service and sent pics of the shell and was taken care of by doing a FREE shell swap for a standard shell without RDS cut. The difference was night and day as far as quality. It appears the RDS cut needs some fine tuning but nevertheless, I'm happy with the end result.

Everything worked like it should. It was easy enough to figure out what combinations I could use. And they are just totally awesome

I really tried with these guys.
They gave me a "deal" on this most recent holster to make up for a past mistake they made when we tried to do business together. But I guess it was all some kinda ruse because they sent me the wrong size holster... lol. It wouldn't be SO bad if they were like Amazon, and it was like np, well refund you 100% for the inconvenience, and send you the right holster, on us. It's like a... You have to pay for shipping and everything is very difficult and unfair. I mean, I had to pay 13 bucks to ship this back to them. For a mistake THEY made. That's not cool, or fair. Extremely unfair, unethical return rules/polices.
And kinda scummy to purposely send someone the wrong holster when they came to you trying to be nice and make things right and give the company a second chance just to be spat in the face, and robbed of 13 bucks and a day having to run to the store to send it =)

Customer service is solid. Time it took to ship out my photon was FAST. The holster is comfortable and versatile. Great for smaller dudes like myself.

Great product and great craftsmanship. My issue is with the holster adopter maybe make sure people have screws for their original holster.

It's my opinion to have the ability to change how you carry and to know that it will be comfortable to wear. Quality, reliability, and the list goes on.

I feel compelled to write to the Alien Gear management team in order to inform you of the customer support I had recently received from your support specialist Tom R.

I was in the middle of a road trip on the way to my son's funeral. It was a 2400 mile round trip. While checking into my hotel one night, somehow, the screws holding my shoulder holster shell in place had both worked loose and one had obviously fallen out before this incident. Fortunately I caught the shell before it fell and thankfully no one saw or I'm sure looks and or possible drama would have pursued.
The following day I called your customer support while resuming my trip. I spoke with a gentleman, whose name I asked for after our exchange, in order to inform management of how I was serviced.
Long story longer, I would like to commend Tom as being, quite possibly, the best customer service professional that I have ever worked with. Tom was very understanding of my dilemma and, while I understood nothing could be done before my trip was through, the items I needed were waiting for me upon my arrival home just as promised. Tom made a difficult time for me easier by his actions.
Tom and I were both bewildered as to how the screws could have worked their way out, but I guess stranger things have happened ( the new screws will have loctite on them for sure).

In summary, I would like to advise you that Tom was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, sympathetic and just plain nice to talk and deal with.

I truly love your products (going to get an ankle holster for my VP9SK) and now your customer support. Please keep doing what you're doing and tell Tom "good job" and hello from Mark (if he remembers me).

I love it although I am curvy and it fold up in mu curvy spots and it hurts. I wish you would make the velco across the whole belt. To make it a little stiffer.

1.) The retention release lever on the side of my holster was too far away for my thumb to activate it. 2.) It didn't matter that the retention release lever could not be activated by myself due to the retention NOT LOCKING IN my Glock as advertised. 3.) when I attempted to exchange parts to assist another officer with his Alien Gear holster damage we found that the parts were not interchangeable. 4.) I am not using it in any way because I found it uncomfortable.

Came on time and fits great IWB holster!!

Known holsters, at least they won’t sit in the drawer. Not comfortable, cheap plastic, and belt holster has a super big round clip for whatever the reason.

The photon holster with side magazine attachment was uncomfortable.
