Placed a small order because someone on instagram vouched for them, but its clear now that it was a scam.
All of their social media handles have been deleted, and any messages sent to their support email get bounced.
This is a drop-ship scam, and considering their current status, have no plans on fulfilling orders despite staying open.

The store used to be priced decently well for the quality of clothing provided but things have gone up like a forest fire. They've hiked prices up so high I'm seeing shirts I bought 2 years ago for 9 dollars on sale for 26 dollars FROM 56???? hell no, hope this business goes down in FLLLAAAMMMEESSS and the owner goes bankrupt because not only is it a completely unsustainable brand of clothing (which I was okay with for the price originally but not this bull) but now it's expensive unsustainable clothing. Rot in hell Alienmood.com

Horrible company took 3 months after threatening legal action against them with paypal . Suprise the item arrived the next day. Lastly the chest harness was for someone that is like an E cup and did not match the heart harness it was supposed to be. It was a completely different harness. Cloyhes do no march pics on website and they will send u anything to get you not to sue them.

Terrible company and management. They hired me as a photographer for a photoshoot. After I delivered all the images, I could never hear back from them. Do not buy from and work with this exploitative mindset.

I ordered over 3 months ago and I had assumed it was a US site because of the the currency but after looking more into it they are based in Hong Kong, first red flag. All the items were shipped out separately and took over a month to arrive, I got some of the items I ordered but they were all from alli express and dead cheap and not amazing quality for the price. I mainly ordered because I had seen a really cute wallet and it never arrived. I’m glad I ordered though PayPal and set up a dispute and got my money back for the items I didn’t get. I wish I never ordered, it’s a scam. They take your money and order the items off cheaper websites and send them to you, save your money! It’s so over priced and your lucky if you get what you ordered.

Paid 50 bucks for a tee shirt and half the words were spelled wrong. dont bother

I had never had any problems with them before, but still, it eventually happened.
I ordered a mesh shirt size L and I received a size M, which is very small.
I am really disappointed.

Got a hoodie from them a while ago, didn't look exactly like the picture, but was close enough... Then I found the same exact hoodie on Wish for less than half of what I paid, and I'd already thought it wasn't worth the $30-some I spent (AND it was allegedly marked down from $75). The one item I got from them was okay, but this company seems shady, especially from what I've read regarding their customer service. I will not be wasting my money with this company again.

The clothes look great online but look nothing like that in person, luckily they let me return but cost $20 to ship back to Hong Kong

They caught my eye because they have these huge discounted sales, and I bought a pair of wedge boots for about $75, when the site claimed they were originally $215. The boots came and I've had no issues as far as sizing and quality. But out of a strange curiosity I went back a year later and saw that the sale was still there. I don't think they are ever going to be above $75 and the "sale" is just a way to get business. Smart, but not so much for trusting the sites legitimacy.

Paid $40 for a pair of "cargo" pants and the entire side of the pants were ripped, the material felt like a paper bag or one of those plastic covers you put on a table. Please just save your money and spend it at a cheaper website. I could literally get better quality from eBay. Don't be fooled by the amount of Instagram followers they have.

This site is an actual joke I ordered boots and they looked nothing like the boots advertised. I spent £50 for no reason they are actually the epitome of online shopping. They are the worst don't even risk it at all

Ordered a pair of shoes for over 60$.
At first I wanted to cancel the order because I forgot about the possibility of costs at the customs. Even though their website says orders can be cancelled within 24 hours (and I did), I got an e-mail the order was already being processed and this made me feel like they waited on purpose. This made me lose my trust a little.

Today my shoes arrived, they look like the pictures but the quality is absolutely not what you'd expect for 60$. It's a sneaker type shoe and it feels like cheap foam. Something you'd pay a maximum of 20$ for.

Shipping time wasn't too bad
Size is not perfect but I can live with that because it's hard to find perfectly fitting shoes.

Will I order again from them? Most likely not as the prices aren't right for what you get.

I want to give a better review, but the sizing on the items are incredibly off. A medium that is listed as a 28" waist barely would fir 25 inches. All their clothes are wholesale bought fast fashion so theres no size standard. Overall styles are cute

Missing item & no refund

It was my first time ordering on that website as I had seen a lot of people posting clothes from this brand on Instagram. I wasn't really sure of myself when ordering on that platform since I could hardly find any reviews, but I gave it a go anyway.

So I placed my order on January 20th (one pair of shoes and a dress) and there was no tracking number available although I had ordered for over $100. I didn't really pay attention to that since I wasn't really in a rush anyway.

But then one month later I still hadn't received my order, so I sent a mail. The customer service was very fast to reply and was helpful for sure. The person told me that they would notify me when my order was sent. And they did, giving me a tracking number on February 25th.

At the beginning of March I believe, I finally received my pair of shoes but no sign of the dress. I didn't send a mail straight away thinking the dress would arrive shortly.
A couple of weeks later I received a package that was very small and inside there was this weird looking yellow piece of clothing with an exclamation mark in the middle that looked like superman's red pants (I hope the description is clear enough) which wasn't even close to looking like a dress whatsoever.
I was skeptical at first because when I looked it up on the website that piece of clothing was non existent on their website.

So I waited a bit more but I was starting to lose patience as it had been 3 bloody months since I had placed my order !
I ended up sending another mail saying that although the tracking number had been marked as "Delivered" in the country there was no sign of the dress and rather than waiting longer I would like to have a refund.

They replied back telling me to contact my post office as the tracking number was marked as delivered. And that was that. And to this day I still haven't received my dress and got ripped off $50.
I'm suspicious that they are the ones to have sent me that weird piece of clothing although I couldn't find any sign of it on their website. Unfortunately I can't prove if it was them or not because even on the packaging there was no useful information.

To conclude, I don't think they are trustworthy. The whole business seems unclear and quite shady. You literally have to ask for the tracking number rather than them just directly communicating it to the customer ! Although the customer service was helpful I don't think it's worth spending money on their website. You can find the same items elsewhere and probably for better prices and shorter time delivery.
