The app is really good

The app is really good. It’s fast and the services are excellent. However, the tech support is terrible. You have to wait 15 to 20 minutes to speak to a specialist, and when you finally get through, they just ask you to send your request via WhatsApp or Telegram. I’m sure that if I did that, I’d have to wait a couple of days for a reply.

I am filing a formal complaint…

I am filing a formal complaint regarding the handling of my international wire transfer by UNFCU. Where Alif Bank of Tajikistan is recipient of the transfer.
On March 5, 2026, I initiated a wire transfer of 1700 USD to Alif Bank of Tajikistan. As of today, the funds have not been received, and their location remains unclear. I submitted request to trace them on 16 March
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, UNFCU and ALIF Bank has failed to provide timely and effective support:
— responses are significantly delayed
— no clear tracking or investigation updates are provided (“Contacted Bank on 17 March” – and that is it - this is UNFCU
— I am being redirected between institutions without resolution

I have been a client of UNFCU for over 20 years, and such treatment is unacceptable. Long-term clients should expect responsible and prompt handling of critical financial matters.

Moreover, the statement that an investigation may take up to 30 days is unreasonable and unacceptable. Who determined that such timeframes are appropriate when dealing with missing funds? This situation/money directly impacts a person’s life and requires urgent action. I remain without means since 5 of March in the age of 65. I am going through a significant suffering.
Delays of weeks indicate negligence rather than proper customer care. Immediate tracing and resolution efforts should begin within hours, not weeks. UNFCU can only say we apologize and give robotic replies.
Moreover, robots are replying and agents always unavailable. I requested trace number; I received zero reply. All the same is concerning Alif Bank Tajikistan - operators have zero professionalism, careless, all they can do usual routine robotic job, laughing and talking at working hours on irrelevant subjects , they cannot solve any small challenges ! Also, they do not reply on application nor telegram. You wait for ages
