I decided to get aligners because I wanted to feel more confident about my smile and fix the spacing in my teeth. I chose ALIGNERCO because it was much more affordable compared to traditional braces, and the process was really convenient for my schedule since I work alot. So far, my experience has been smooth and easy to follow, The video session was comfortable and the team was very helpful throughout the process.

My impression kit came quickly and it was really easy to schedule a video call to help me do the impressions. I worked with Jennifer walker and she was friendly, informative, and helpful.

Explained everything so clearly and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable! They were incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions during the aligners video call. I never felt rushed, and they made sure I fully understood each step of the treatment process. Their positive attitude and professionalism really helped me feel confident and excited to start my aligner journey. I truly appreciated how caring and supportive they were throughout the appointment. Highly recommend!

This company is complete bullshit and doesn’t know how to complete a product in a timely manner or communicate with buyers. Now reading many comments about improper fit has me even more worried. Save/fix your teeth and spend the extra elsewhere to prevent further damage to your teeth.

I mailed in my impressions March 9 it is now May 12 (over 10 weeks) and I still have not received my night guard. I have contacted this company at least 4 times each time being reassured that my order was being expedited and that the appropriate team would contact me to update me. I have not received one email about progress of my night guard all the while the damage to my teeth has been progressing from grinding them at night!

This is absolutely unacceptable considering I was told the whole process once they received the impressions would take 2-3 weeks. Being told not to worry that the night guard would be finished in a few days days over a week ago.

I've been doing the clear aligners with them for over a year now and I still need refinements it has been so difficult working with Ethan who has been the service rep that has been trying to help me get this sorted out but they are so hard to get a hold of and it's sometimes hard to get replies overall because there still needs refinements I just cannot recommend this to anybody

Do not, I repeat, do NOT use this company. It took 5 months before I received my first retainer. There was absolutely no communication so anytime I reached out to get any kind of update, it took about a week to hear back and all of their “representatives” go by “Ele” and do not speak English very well at all. By the time I received my first retainer, I had been waiting 5 months like I said. They asked for pictures of my retainer before they agreed to send the next set. I sent the pictures and it took another two weeks before I had to reach out to ask for an update. They claimed the retainer didn’t fit correctly and wanted me to go into a location and spend $140 to get more molds made. I was fed up at this point. The amount of BS I had been through at this point. I spent more days trying to reach someone before sending an email that I would be filing a dispute for a refund for product not delivered as advertised. That’s when someone who actually spoke English reached out to me. After about 5 emails back and forth of him trying to persuade me to continue my treatment, he finally gave up and issued my refund. This company is a joke. Do not use them. It might’ve been a year before I received anything and dealing with “Customer Service” reps who read from a script and don’t speak English just isn’t worth it.

I haven’t received my trays yet, so it’s hard to give a 5 star review, but the process from ordering to making the impressions and sending them back has been great!

Responsible and caring company, quick outstanding customer service and thorough support

Impression kit arrived quickly. Making an appointment for a video session to properly create impression molds was easy (next-day scheduling), and Brian Johnson was so kind, helpful, and patient. The kit came with 2 sets of trays in 3 sizes so you can pick which size fits your mouth best. There's an extra set of mold in case you mess up, which I did, so I'm glad that was included. It also comes with a pre-paid return label so you don't need to worry about covering shipping cost to return it to them. Overall, very happy with my experience with Alignerco and Brian.

Alan was great at guiding me through the impression experience, and had good conversation in helping to make the time pass! He was very skilled at walking me through creating the molds.
