Extremely disappointing experience – Unprofessional and unacceptable business conduct
As a business owner, I placed an order with Al-Ihsan Publications in the United States after being personally approached by the seller through WhatsApp. We discussed and agreed on a deal, and I transferred €952 as payment for the books.
Unfortunately, several months have passed, and I have still not received my order.
Throughout this period, I was given various explanations and repeated promises that the books would be shipped. Not a single one of these promises was fulfilled.
Eventually, I requested a full refund since the books were clearly not being delivered. Despite repeated requests and assurances, I have still not received my money back. What makes this situation even worse is that the seller has now stopped responding to my messages altogether.
As a Muslim business owner, I find this particularly disappointing. When dealing with an Islamic publishing organisation, you naturally expect honesty, integrity, trustworthiness and respect for business agreements. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience.
I paid €952 in good faith, fulfilled my side of the agreement, and have received neither the books nor my money back.
I sincerely hope this matter will still be resolved, but I cannot recommend doing business under these circumstances.
I am still waiting for my $942,39 refund
