I bought and paid for these bras months ago heard no more from them. I tried to contact the customer services as shown in their ad. but the site couldnt be reached, so I tried their E.Mail address (as shown in their ad) but was informed by g.mail that the address is non existant.I am 78 and have to count my pennies so I could do without this. I am now convinced the whole thing is a scam and would advise no one to buy from them.

Zero stars if possible. I ordered a pair of boots 13 November and still not received them….the money went out of my account immediately, no emails or correspondence whatsoever from them.

I've got the genuine Mountain Horse boots so knew these were fake cheap copies

Ordered a pair of ‘Clarks’ sandals which arrived but not the size I ordered and definitely not Clarks! After 6 emails they are refusing a full refund and are insisting they will only return 30% of my money. It costs almost as much as I paid to send them back to China (I had no idea I was ordering from China) so have lost 70% of my money and the sandals will go to a charity shop. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Bras advertised on Facebook as supportive and uplifting. They are neither and not fit for purpose. They move half way up your bust when you walk and would be unsuitable for anyone above an A ot B cup. They advertise free returns but in reality will not pay for return to China. They offer a refund of a fraction of what you paid and not a full refund.

As someone has said before…. There should be an option for a zero star…

Ordered 2 pairs of sandals advertised as leather of Facebook. £42.97 waited nearly 4 weeks to arrive and they arrived yesterday completely different sandals that smell of plastic , tried to contact them via the advert and was removed straight away. .. avoid ...no contact number either

I have received a pair of shoes after a three week wait. They are the wrong size. Not my fault, theirs. I asked to send them back and was told it would be very costly ( China). They offered 10% credit on a £20 pair of shoes. The shoe size is not marked but they must be a 6 or 7. Please don't buy anything from this company. This is a copy of their letter.

ordered Head phones and they were not as described. I am still trying to get my money back.

Stay away from Alikesale.com fraudulent website. After placing an order, I never received my items and they took off with my money. There's no customer service to help with the issue.

Counterfeit items-waste of money

In September I was stupid enough to order boots via an advert on facebook .. By mid October there was no sign of them but eventually mid November I was being told that they were being sent out again. I requested a refund and said if they arrived I would refuse them and they would be returned to the point of origin. They susequently told me that if I returned them to the warehouse, they would be destroyed but I could have a 20% refund and keep them or send them to China. Total disregard for the 14 day consumer cooling off period and total disregard for the law governing the Royal Mail if an item is refused, remaining the property of His Majesty so it does beg the question, is it treason if the warehouse has been instructed to destroy something which is in law, His Majesty's property whilst in transit?

Scam scam scam. Do not order from any alike stores alikesales, alikefashion, company is use Facebook to catch you out with fake reviews

I received my 2 bras, not very good quality. I worn it for a day and the wire popped through. They are refusing to give me a refund and said it will cost too much to send back. They finally offered me 10% refund, NO WAY! They said I have to return the item unworn, how can I when the item is faulty and broke within the first day or wearing it! Please stay well clear of this company. I'm making contact with my bank to get a chargeback for the faulty item.

Avoid!!! Seriously AVOID!! I can not stress this enough. This is a Chinese store.
They Sent the wrong item £25.98. Then I was offered a 10%discount £2.59 for the incorrect item as there are no return options or refunds And no offer to send correct item.
They expected me to agree to A loss off £23.39.
So I have reported to my Bank, This store is under investigation as I write this review.

I was sent boots a size bigger than I ordered. So far no luck getting info how to return or get a refund. I have even been told it will cost ME so much to return them that I should keep them and gift to a friend.

Paid for express shipping, still took forever to be delivered. The bras are not true to size, I bought a 44F, and the cup barely covered 1/3 of my breast. The material is very thin and flimsy and if you have a heavy bust like myself it would give zero support.
I am currently trying to get their return address which they're reluctant to give me (offering me 10% refund and the privilege of keeping items that are useless to me).

I wish I'd seen all these reviews before my purchase as I'd have steered clear all together.

Rubbish product, rubbish customer service.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY TWO BRAS YET THEY'VE TAKEN MY MONEY AND NEVER EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED MY ORDER NOR ANYTHING. I PAID FOR TRACKING AND SO FAR NOTHING YET.
REFUND MY MONEY.

I have tried in a few attempts to order but to no avail all my details are correct but it still refuses to complete my oder. Anna Banks.

Goods were wrong size and one shoe was damaged on the strap after many emails and being offered from 10 percent discount to 50 percent and a suggestion I keep the goods I put the matter with PayPal but unless I was prepared to return them to China at my expense which was half the price of the shoes the company would do nothing towards refunding .I couldn’t win and have learnt my lesson which is don’t use this company . I suggest that if the goods are a relatively cheap price do not order as the cost to return would leave you out of pocket
