Ordered December 26th. Shipment was stuck in boston till february. Then they shipped again from china.. I paid for insurance. I have reached out the the company support at least ten times...its feb 16 and it still is lost. They tell me to be patient..NEVER EVER trust the Scam company...

Everything. I had dealings with a shoe company by the name of alikefashion. Which appears to be the same company selling the same product. Never again. Found them most difficult.

My boots have arrived instead of size 8 they are size 2.5 no way can you get refund when I phoned them 5mins after placing order they said it was packed ans on its way DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY customer service is dreadful

so far no good. I cannot log in as it says I am not registered? I have to be, because I placed an order. Now realising it is scam and I am glad I did not put in a big order. There is no way to contact the company. It seems like Facebook, does not care and does not check who is putting up ads on their site?!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and both pairs I received were the wrong size. I cannot get a full refund. They expect me to pay to return them and offer a partial refund. Not at all happy would give a minus score if I could.

Having a pair of orthopaedic boots they have finally arrived a month later - wrong colour and style.

My mother fell for this again. If it looks too good to be true it’s probably fake. Took her money then no way of contacting the company as the email address was shut down. Face book should really do better when allowing people to advertise. Do they even check the validity of a company?

They deserve 0 star. I purchased product since the 9th of July and today is the 12th of August and still no product. The tracking information is a scam. I will be getting my money back in full. Criminals and thieves, that is what this website and the people running it is. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. IT IS NOT A LEGIT WEBSITE.

Like so many other people I received one pair of sandals the wrong colour and they will not pay return postage.
Both pairs ordered are much to small for a UK size 4.
Offered 20% refund.

The 2 pairs of orthopedic shoes I ordered were nothing more than flip flops with a cover. The insoles were thin and too big for the shoe. Orthopedic shoes are meant to give support, these shoes were total bombs. Don't waste your time or money. They offered a 20% refund, or else I had to send them back to CHINA, but they warned me they could get lost and then I wouldn't get a refund, yet they were shipped from Texas. Under USPS regulations, if you get something in the mail you didn't order, you have 3 choices, keep for free, throw away or return. I thought I would be nice and return to the Texas address, but, they said they would be destroyed and again I wouldn't get a refund. Totally, a disaster. Don't buy from them

I wanted a refund like 5 minutes after I ordered, all emails bounced back. I messaged them- no answer. Product is below a below standard. No communication, no way of contacting them. Product unusable.

I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered shoes and they sent the complete wrong pair. These beat up, bent ugly things I wouldn't want for free. I wish I could include pictures to show you what a complete screw up this company is. They wanted to make me pay an arm and a leg to ship it back to get my refund. I advised them this was their mistake, not mine and they needed to pay that. They refused and offered me a small percentage refund. Of the $30 I spent, I got $4 back... For THEIR error. Terrible customer service, incompetent people packing the orders. I'd rather go barefoot the rest of my life than order from here again. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!

I was so disappointed in the quality of the 2 pair of sneakers I Purchased. Walmart has better quality.

Horrific company to deal with I ordered 36F bras and what turned up wouldn't have fitted a B cup ! Absolutely no help when emailing them then offered me 15% refund and keep the items ! Well unless I get a breast reduction that's not going to work for me ! They told me I could try and send the product back but it will cost me a lot of money and it could get lost in the post !.

Ordered a bra and wrong size sent. Seller will only offer me a full refund if I ship the item back to China and pay for the shipping! Will only give 25% refund and I can keep the item - yeah great an item that doesn't fit!
The item was also not as advertised on Tik Tok shop - a load of rubbish.

These shoes are a load of RUBBISH I repeat RUBBISH. My ones have already coming away from the soles, where they’ve worn down a little they sound like you’ve been stuck to the floor on each step you take. Please please don’t buy

Thought I was buying product from the vendor, however once I'd paid realized it was through alike fashion. The cancellation policy on their site states that you can cancel order within 24 hours. I tried to cancel 10 minutes after ordering and was told the product was already being shipped, so they could not cancel the order.
I ordered weeks ago.....no product! The tracking on the parcel is bogus and changes. Also I have reviewed their refund policy, ( not the policy of the advertisment I viewed), and it's impossible to get your money back, fully.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!

Would give 0 stars if possible his company scam the goods were shabby and nothing like advertised

After reading all the bad reviews after I’d ordered two pairs of sandals, I was concerned. However they arrived today, 10 days after ordering as stated on their website, 10 - 20 days. Both pairs are as I ordered and I am pleased with them. Obviously not the quality of Clark’s but I had taken that with a pinch of salt. Am looking forward to wearing them on holiday, the bling I wanted.

Absolutely appalling. Please DO NOT ORDER from this company. Completely wrong order and size. Refuse to give me total refund.
