I purchased a unit on the 3/11 via…
I purchased a unit on the 3/11 via PayPal. After purchase aside from the usual service pay acknowledgment from paypal I didn't hear anything from this company so I wrote to them after 6 days they wrote back to say my order was on its way. After that I waited another week and wrote again to hear the same thing. On the 19/11. They sent me an image which stated that my unit has been delivered but I have not received it. I wrote back to them straight away and there has been no reply. I have since raised a dispute via PayPal. I am not happy because I've spent about off money and not received any goods.

Beware Scammers!!
Customer service is horrible. I was double charged after CSR told me they had no record of my transaction after I provided them with my full name and last four digits of my card number as well as my email address this was on 6/29, so I placed the same exact order on another card the next day 6/30. I only received one confirmation email and one tracking number for my order. Once I placed the order the next day they responded and gave me a order number to the order I placed on 6/30. I asked about the second charge on my card after viewing my statement. the CSR told me I made two orders but remember at first they said they didn’t see any order from me. Long story short CSR kept telling me I need to find this second package that I never received confirmation for or I never received a tracking number for it screams scammer to me after going back and forth with them I still never received a tracking number they just kept saying the order number saying I had to send this package back. How can I track a package that I never received communication about? If I could give it 0 stars I would. I will be returning the wig that I actually did receive and I will never do business with this merchant ever again.

Since the two orders were not placed on the same day, I didn’t find it. You placed the order repeatedly, so both packages were sent out. The logistics order numbers are 280951169964 and 280995584450. You can check the logistics. We have been the seller for many years. I have always helped customers solve problems.
