Aline taxis in chesterfield are amazing great reception staff taxi drivers are friendly and understanding ... can't fault them at all...

2nd taxi in two weeks 20mins late, they lie and say its 5mins away. Don't bother to cancel, nice to waste their time. Won't use again

Rang for a taxi. The person who answered was shouting and demanded up front payment in cash. Received a text saying the taxi had arrived. ( no registration number reference.) No taxi arrived. Disgusting.

I use A line Taxis of Chesterfield whenever I require a Taxi. Whatever the journey.
I have found them to be totally reliable and I have yet to be let down.
I would not use a company with bad front of house/reception staff, call handlers etc and I have not encountered this or anything close to ignorant &/or rude. Also their drivers are very good, polite and make the journey pleasant.
I am a very happy client.

Terrible experience with the Service. The operator was incredibly rude and unprofessional; it felt like she didn't know what she was doing. It was frustrating dealing with such a dismissive attitude. The driver, on the other hand, was actually very nice and professional, which was the only redeeming part of the experience. I have booked multiple times with them. Every time the driver was great but every time I had to speak with the operator lady was a pain. The app itself is also clunky and hard to navigate.

I hope I have the correct company Aline taxis - farnborough.
Booked twice today using app. Journey 1 - rude operator on end of phone and taxi arrived late.

Booked a return journey. They cancelled it but didn’t send a txt to say they had but happily sent one saying they had booked it!

This was for a 1.10am return journey which they accepted by the anpp and then without warning cancelled leaving us stranded.

Complete joke. Will not be using again !

Absolute useless service cannot fullfill their commitments cannot be relied upon full stop joke of a company don’t blame the drivers, just the company pants.

Booked and paid online a week before my trip. Booked a round trip to MK. Driver turned up fine, but as we drove off, requested a need to pay him in cash. Suspicious as I had already paid when I booked.
No sign of the home leg. No call, no car. Waiting in the rain and had to book someone else.
I won’t be using again and will not be recommending.
