I was looking for a skin treatment but was not sure what I wanted/needed. Alisha invited me in for a chat to discuss all options and availability. Alisha was polite, friendly, professional, caring and patient. After a detailed consultation and explanation I decided on the CO2 Laser treatment. Alisha booked me in with Rachel who was also very friendly polite and professional explaining the whole process to me. I highly recommend Alisha Louise Asthetics. Such a caring professional knowledgeable team. The amount of detail and history they require/request to make sure it’s is suitable is amazing, such a professional caring company.

I was recently introduced to Alisha Louise Aesthetics based in Ormskirk by my daughter who had some facial treatments. I made an appointment with Rachel, (skin specialist) who discussed their skincare products and advised on the best ones to suit my skin. I have used different skincare over the years and decided to make a change to Alumier MD, a medical-grade brand and can be bought in the clinic. I am so happy with their products and most importantly my skin is benefitting from them. I have had so many compliments about how healthy and young my skin looks. The clinic is spotless to ensure health and safety to its patients and both Alisha and Rachel are very knowledgeable and professional, and make you feel totally at ease. I have made a further appointment with Alisha to discuss other treatments that can help to keep me looking and feeling good at the age of 69 years. I highly recommend Alisha Louise Aesthetics.

There is no hard sell with these ladies they will only recommend the treatments to suit your needs then the final decision is down to you.

Alisha made me so comfortable, I didn’t know what I needed or wanted but Alisha talked me through my options and made me feel better about myself before I even got anything by done. Working with the NHS for almost 20 years and in the world of Health & Safety for more than i care to remember, to say good hygiene, good practise, accurate appointment times and after sales service were of upmost importance to me, is important is an understatement. Similar to many others I found myself with a tattoo which no longer was fitting with my lifestyle. I was given advice in relation to my options for removal and clear expectations as to whether the desired outcome would mirror my belief. I was put at ease on each of my visits with my safety being paramount to each member of this well oiled team. All over the world people say there's no substitute for experience, and this was demonstrated to me during each visit. In my life of work, we need be the best we can be, and I see the same appetite here. Ps, this is the only review I've ever provided as I never felt the need, however credit where credit is due.
