Cannot recommend ALIVEMOMENT too highly…superb customer service.
Whilst I mistakenly finished up with multiple subscriptions, the customer service was second to none and impressed me greatly. They rectified the problem brilliantly and I cannot recommend Alivemoment too highly.

I was charged $94.56 and don't know…
I was charged $94.56 and don't know why. I left a message on the website to dispute the transaction for a full refund and cancellation. I received no confirmation. I also called the number that's on the bank statement to cancel and was put through a virtual automated system, and it stated I will receive an email confirmation. I have yet to receive that. I'm currently disputing this with my bank.

Good product but failed to cancel subscription and keeps charging.
The product is good and the moving pictures came out well but I have tried to cancel my subscription now twice and the company continue to charge my card. I cancelled in March 2026 and was not charged in April but then charged £54 in May and £76 in June. I have requested a full refund and confirmation of cancellation but have yet to receive a response.
