Absolutely Perfect
After excitedly placing an order, there was a slight hiccup in the process (which was entirely my fault - wrong address) but after reaching out, despite it being my mistake, Alex came to the rescue - going above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied and able to get my lovely blanket. Which I did. And I love it. A lot.
