Such a good experience! I delivered orders expected timeslot and in good condition. Nothing was broken, everything in their own package. I am appreciated that. I started to use items and all is good.

Liars
I ordered my items in early July and received them at the end of August, but half of my cutlery had black spots and significant scratches. I filed a complaint, and they promised to send me new items. However, I'm still waiting, and it's now November. When I inquire about the status, they just provide a link to track the shipment, which never changes. The items still haven't arrived, and they've repeatedly lied to me. I feel deceived and regret ordering from them. I would never recommend anyone to buy from there.
