Disappointing ,I have been working with them for but…

I have been working with them for about one year but till today I'm not able to withdraw my benefits from them first they said it should be more than 50 dollars even though they mentioned that you can withdraw your money even if it's 5SAR around 1.33 Dollars in thier website and I already reached more than 55 Dollars now but still I can't withdraw my benefits and they don't have any support numbers to contact them.
It's really disappointing.
