New targo Bank System ist total trash
New targo Bank System ist total trash. If I wanted to get a Loan from a Bank to buy appliance I will do just that . Blue movement was my go to platform for all my appliance subscriptions. But now I need to take a loan for every single item. That crushes my credibility with the bank and SCHUFA. Let’s take 6 loans for 20 euro each… what a joke.
I will let my contracts run out and then go elsewhere.

Additional to our rental offer, we now enable our customers to also buy our appliances via monthly financing or one-time direct payment. These are just different ways of acquiring our appliances, but our service is the same for all three options. Whether you buy or rent with us, you receive care and repair throughout the contract duration.
We also still offer rental for appliances and in addition to that, your current rental contracts are not affected at all by any of these changes. You can continue using and renting those appliances for as long as you want.
We are very sorry, that this was not made clear enough on our website and throughout the ordering process. We hope you will still give us another chance and we strive to improve thanks to honest feedback like yours.

Fast, transparent and truly outstanding service
My experience with BlueMovement has been outstanding. I placed my order online on October 31st, completed the video identification and signed the financing contract the same day, and everything was approved within just a few hours. On November 1st I received the official confirmation, and by November 6th I was already contacted to schedule the delivery for November 10th. In less than 10 days everything was sorted — fast, clear, and absolutely hassle-free.
Special thanks to Tina, who has been exceptionally kind, helpful, and efficient throughout. Every question was answered quickly and with total transparency. It really makes a difference when customer service is this good.
Overall: excellent communication, super smooth process, and a very reliable service. Definitely recommended.

Room for improving service.
Immediately after I placed my order , I received a confirmation that my order was received and that the washing
machine would be delivered soon and that sb would get in touch with me within a few days. My Credit Card was already charged at that time. But even after more than a week nobody contacted me to make an appointment for the delivery. I called the service hotline twice and was told that there was nothing I could do but wait. I offered to contact the shipping company directly. My request was rejected. Why I don’t know, plus
I was concerned that I was scammed.Finally somebody called me to make an appointment. All in all no scamming but certainly room for Improvement ! Communication and service definitely need improvement.
Delivery and installation were ok, however one piece was missing, which I needed to buy by myself. This was not a big deal but certainly not what I expected.
Again there is room for improvement

Better instructions
The service was ok. They delivered on the agreeable time. They did not install the dishwasher because my table was too low. I had to do it myself which was fine. I only did not like the fact they did not provide some instructions. Like what i need to buy other than dish soap. Maybe i little instruction beforehand was in order. Did not no about salt, about cleansel and what to so when you first set it up. Instruction book was not very well instructed. So far the dishwasher works fine. Thank you.
