Well, overall the experience was Ok. Initially I had issue getting registered via cellphone and gave up after 3 attempts and moved to my Mac. From here registering was fine.
Have been amazed finding payment via invoice (no pre payment), unfortunately 3 pairs of pant broke the limit already for that purchase option.
I do miss the KLARNA payment opportunity - as this is among the best and definitely the most suitable especially for ordering clothes where 50% need to go back and forth due to inconsistencies in sizes and differences brand by brand (unfortunately).
Well, beside that, they have been the only one having the pants on stock I wanted to get into my hands. Thumbs up...

I placed 4 orders with this company over a week, of which I received 2.
The other 2 with a value of €1500 would have been sent, I contacted DHL and have not yet been sent.
I sent 8 emails and never received a response.
I called 4 times and was told that they did not know what was going on with my 2 orders, but I would receive an email and be called today.
No email received and no phone call.
I feel ripped off, if this continues for a long time I will file a complaint with Paypal.
I'm curious to see what they will answer on this site.

I shared a message to the costumer support and haven’t received any answer. They send me two times in two orders the wrong hand gloves. I double checked my order. No apologies so far.
The infos on the order paper attached in the package have been wrong as well.

Hello. This experience was very weird. I was I dictating to DHL that they could put the parcel on the terrace, in front of my door and even to the neighbors. Also there was someone always present at home during the whole day. Then I receive this message that it was impossible to deliver. So strange. You should check with them because you list a sale because of them. Clearly not a good experience for me as I was needing these shoes for holidays. At your disposal for any further details. no order received, no phone call answered - only automated email response. I only want my product or refund - i really don't care which. companies like you become impossible to deal with. Never again!! Shortly I will cancel the payment through Paypal unless of course somebody deals with this properley - I will wait two days.
