No aftersales support. I have a defective item and they don't reply to my attempts to contact them!!!
The item was delivered without issue. However within days the product developed a defect which is a warranty issue. The manufacture has said to contact the supplier to arrange a replacement item etc but I have contacted them twice and had no response!!!!
No aftersales support or help!!!
As things stand I will not use them again!!
L'article a été livré sans problème. Cependant, en quelques jours, le produit a développé un défaut qui est un problème de garantie. La fabrication a dit de contacter le fournisseur pour organiser un article de remplacement, etc. mais je les ai contactés deux fois et je n'ai pas eu de réponse !!!!
Pas de support après-vente ou d'aide !!!
Dans l'état actuel des choses, je ne les utiliserai plus !!
