Deposit not refunded
In October 2021 I sent a deposit of £80 to "all about tours" for a holiday in August 2022. I discovered that my holiday had been cancelled when I 'phoned with a query in May. As I did not wish to book an alternative tour I requested a refund of my deposit. In spite of numerous'phone calls emails and a letter I have still not received this refund. In view of this I strongly advise against booking with this company. Joan M
Today I have received my cheque for £80 and also discovered that the original cheque, dated 16th June was sent to an incorrect address, a property which is currently empty. So I must apologise to all about tours for thinking that they were withholding this refund. Joan M
