Very bad
Very bad. The packet did not arrive until today. I sent you the mails, that I receive from GLS. They show, that GLS is unable to deliver the package. I do not unterstand why. I asked you, to help. But until today, I got no respond from you.
The same happend with my first order in february, which never arrived me.
I never had that before with any other supplier. I get packages every day from other companys without any problem.

Dear Mrs Bonacker,
Your bag arrived a couple days after your review here, but we recognize that we could have done better as a company.
It is clear that our transporter, GLS, has failed us over the 2 orders that you have made. On the first order they lost the package (which we refunded to you immediately), and on the second one they claim that the GLS driver did not find your name at the physical address. They say that they notified us about that, but they sent that notification to an email address which was not ours, so we were not aware of the problem. This explains the unanswered email issue, making us as annoyed as you in this case.
Nevertheless, we take full responsibility and accountability for the failures of our transporter.
After having refunded your first order, to compensate the mistakes of GLS we provided you a cashback compensation on the second order (bag that you kept) and offered you a coupon for your next purchase on our web shop.
Yet again, we’re deeply sorry that your order did not go flawless, as normally GLS is very reliable in Germany where it delivers hundreds of Allan K packages every month.
Having escalated this issue with our GLS Account Manager, we’ll make sure this never happens again.
We remain at your disposal and sincerely hope you are satisfied with your new Allan K bag.
