These were in the sale in a good summery neutral colour, I particularly like the tree breezers as they are cooler for the feet. I was guided by the size recommendation to size down and that proved to be correct.

Can only assume this is a scam
Bought a pair on the 9th with next day delivery. They were meant as a gift on the 13th. By the 13th they still hadn't been dispatched. I asked to cancel the order and they generated a dispatch label and said they couldn't as they'd "shipped". The tracking information still shows (on the 20th) that the parcel still hasn't been given to the courier and they're still refusing to cancel or refund my order. Absolute scam artists.
Cost to Quality Sucks
Purchased Women's Lounger Lift during Black Friday sales 2025. Have not washed them and have not worn them heavily and already one of the shoes has a hole on the side. Even on sale, these shoes cost far too much to be such poor quality and it is super sketchy that there seems to be no where to leave a review on the actual website.
Very dissatisfied
Have bought several pairs of shoes from Allbirds. I recently bought a pair on sale. Got the same size and similar style. For some reason they are too small. They are marked the correct size. Called customer service and they refused to consider return or exchange since they are on sale. Will never use them again and I would encourage others to avoid.
Terrible service since business was sold
It seems that since this company was sold on the service has dropped off a cliff. Similar experience to other people recently that paying for express shipping is great, when your parcel actually ships! It’s been stuck for 3 days, not shipped, “chat to us” function tells you to either text an international number or email them. Well you get no response to your emails either. What fulfilment centre doesn’t ship same day, or at the very least the next working day, I ordered before 2pm and so the stated 1-2 business days if ordered before 2pm means nothing then!
Good product but unable to honour delivery commitments.
Good product but don't count on getting them quickly if you pay for premium delivery. Paid for 2 day delivery and still don't have them 5 days later and still not sure when they will arrive. contacted support but no response as yet. Subsequently discovered this company have be bought out, are shuting all shops and it appears no longer to be a quality proposition.

Ordered a pair of shoes in the sale and when they arrived, the box was really badly damaged but what a suprise when I opened it .... the shoes were used !!
Now I know they were in the sale but I still thought they would be brand new unless stated otherwise. The soles were worn as were the insides. Spoke via text to Allbirds who said they would escale my enquiry to a specialist ... 4 hours later and i am still waiting.
Lost trust
I was in love with my Treerunners, so light and flexible, like a second skin. I traveled a lot in them, washed them many times, and they still look okay-ish. I recently bought a new pair as a replacement, same size, and what a disappointment! The sole length has become enormous with a huge dead space in the front. They look and feel awful, like oversized shoes. I tried going one size down but they were too tight and still had extra space in the front. Crazy changes and incredibly disappointing. I lost 10 eurs on return labels and all my trust in Allbirds and I have to look for a new go-to summer sneaker.

Order not received. Allbirds unable to provide me with a shipping number (because clearly they have not shipped the goods). Promises to escalate to address the problem go unanswered. So, operational performance: poor; customer service: poor

Their customer service is utterly useless .
They certainly aren’t the company they used to be which is a real shame.
Ordered a pair of shoes & they sent the right box but the wrong colour .
Despite this being their mistake it somehow took multiple emails ( yup no live chat or phone number ) to get a new pair sent out & a refund for the shipping .
It felt like most messages were AI generated as they really showed zero interest in a resolution or responding to my mails & complaints

Empty envelope and then wrong size
I ordered a long sleeve and short sleeve gray Merino wool blend shirts. The package was delivered quickly. But sadly it was an empty envelope. I called customer service and they said they would send another order out. However, they said the long sleeve no longer came in Gray so I ordered it in white and it no longer came in medium so I ordered it in large. No The gray short sleeve shirt came quickly thereafter. But the white long sleeve shirt took a bit longer. And when it arrived it was an extra large. I kept it because I didn't want to deal with it anymore. I would say I would not order from this company again unless I ordered through Amazon.
Used to be environmentally friendly, but they no longer are
I loved these shoes when they first came out and the company was sustainability focused. Being focused on environmental conservation is what drew me to them. Over the last couple of years the quality has gone down. I found out today that they made a bizarre, desperate pivot to artificial intelligence. So much for environmental conservation.
No longer my comfortable go-to trainer brand.
I’ve bought a few different pairs of Allbirds trainers in the past because of their comfort, but the last pair, the wool runner mizzle, are some of the most uncomfortable trainers I have ever worn, Unfortunately because I wore them for the first time when travelling abroad and will only be back in the UK after the 30 day return window, I probably have to keep them. No longer my comfortable go-to trainer brand.
Returns are almost impossible
Returns are almost impossible. All return labels have to be requested by generic help email. I have been waiting for three days now and a bit edgy about it. Not the best shopping experience :(
I would be very careful with future purchases from them :(
