Apparently technical bug when i registered
I opened an account on Friday and tried to deposit. First time wouldn't add money then when I tried again it was taking me to contact page. I went on live chat and was told that there was a bug in the system when I registered my account and was sending my details to technical dept for further investigation and would be contacted by email. Still havent heard anything for 2 days

I’m sorry but this site is beyond awful. Total of £250 deposited today and each time I couldn’t even get £10 above my initial deposit. Finally landed a bonus and it paid 60p… now there’s “random” spins and then there’s just a company being greedy. A £20 deposit lasts 2 minutes with 40p spins and a £10 deposit gives you about 50 seconds.
Edit** now that’s just blatant lies isn’t it😂 considering my email used on trust pilot is infact not the same email as my account… so you genuinely don’t know my deposits/withdrawls.
You are very quick to come on and be cheeky to people in your replies to cover the fact that this site is horrendous. Played for over a year and have never managed to have a decent withdrawl and I am not one for being greedy in my returns.

Ever heard of house edge? Judging by your review history, I guess not... It appears that whenever a session at a casino doesn’t leave you in profit, a one-star review quickly follows.

That said, you rather conveniently left out that, earlier that same day, a small deposit became a withdrawal worth more than four times as much. Overall, you've deposited roughly £700 and withdrawn roughly £800, meaning you're actually in profit with us. Your personal RTP is 101.64%. 🙃
As for "now there’s “random” spins and then there’s just a company being greedy", that logic makes absolutely no sense. We don't create the games or control their outcomes. The games run on the providers' systems, and we cannot decide what your next spin or bonus pays.
Perhaps it's time to reconsider whether gambling is actually for you...

A lot of people struggle with accepting the consequences of gambling. They lose, don't understand why something happened, or simply don't get the outcome they wanted, and rather than accepting it for what it is, GAMBLING. Off they go to Trustpilot shouting "SCAM!" It's called being a sore loser.
It's also quite common to see negative reviews from people who don't accept that we're a licensed casino with rules and requirements we have to follow to remain compliant. People who refuse to provide required verification documents, people who use somebody else's details, or people who quite simply commit fraud. Unsurprisingly, they're rarely very happy when we don't just turn a blind eye.
But I'm sure your reason for shouting "SCAM" has absolutely nothing to do with any of the above. Surely you're the first legitimate scam-shouter.

I only use for slots and football so can’t comment on anything else but 10/10 for what I use. And for someone that bets higher stakes they very rarely limit any of my bets like majority of sites do. Pay out is pretty instant as well via Apple Pay.
