It arrived about two weeks late but it had so tip or anything in it. Complete waste of money and a scam. Will get my money back of course.

No a good experience at all. Asked me a question over text message about my car, said I didn’t have the VIN at the moment and then they proceeded to bash me and curse me over the phone saying I’m a retard because I didn’t have it. These people are super rude for no reason and I’ll never come back and never recommend this to anyone!!!!!

Don't buy, , you no longer see either the money or the product. It's a scam.

No email, no tracking, no delivery received and no reply for 3 weeks now. Seriously I have never experienced this before with a company.

This company originally offered one product price and sincerely knocked down the price for a phantom sound. Mind you I ve never had an issue with this vehicle and have it serviced professionally. The service lady ariana hung up on me when I called her out for the phony qoute. Dont work with these people. They are a scam.

This website misleads users into believing they will be able to list their cars online - they are only giving their information to funnel you to dealerships for a bull---- undervalue offer.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This product does not work! No instructions, you have to You Tube I show to. Tips do not fit in pens. Doesn’t cover the smallest thinnest of scratches. No customers service and no refunds. WALK AWAT!!!

I have contacted these guys at least 6/7 times by the only means possible. Web page submission. I have also emailed various e mail addresses but still nothing. Yodel delivered to the wrong address. They say I have to speak to the retailer. The retailer is not communicating. Very poor coming to ignore the client. All I want is a refund for the product I did not receive or the product delivering. The pen came with no instructions for use, no warnings, and no return information. After using on scratches made by tree limbs, my paint started to bubble, pop, and finally peel. After This is the worst purchase I have made online. PLEASE DO NOT BUY! IF YOU BUY AND HAVE NOT USED, EASE DO NOT USE!! If anyone actually receives a response from them, please let us know.

After using the pen i have come to two conclusions
Firstly the product must be faulty
Or secondly the product doesn’t work as described

The scratch remover pen arrived with no nib so useless. I have repeatedly sent messages to have a replacement or better still a refund and have received no response whatsoever. Absolutely no customer service!! My negative reviews will continue as long as I am ignored

I placed an order for the "magic scratch pen". I immediately looked at the reviews, found them to be negative and asked for the order to be cancelled. I was told this could not be done. The pens arrived and did not work (liquid not travelling to the nib). I have sent two messages via the company's website and one via email to inform them of the problem; no reply has been received. Shocking customer service.

Tested on multiple surfaces, made all of them noticeably worse. Don't believe the 5 star reviews, they're fraudulent. Another "snake oil" instagram scam right here.

Also took over a month to arrive.. guess they ship them over on a rubber dinghy

They advertise you can make a public ad for a car sale through their website, but actually the site owner will only make an under market offer on your car.

Waited almost a month to get it... then... its crap! I followed the instructions. Do not spend your money

Waited nearly a month for my pens to arrive and when they did it certainly was NOT worth the wait. It did not remove any of the scratches or scuffs on my car.
Total waste of money and false advertising

You dummies. This is for the CAR company, not the pen or whatever fake gimmick product being sold. Selling my car was smooth and super easy, gave very fair offer very happy with them and would highly recommend. Ariana was great, and they sent check right away. Even wait for to clear b4 picking up vehicle! (Mine was only 1 day)

Waited four weeks for delivery. Then to use it, it’s just made my car worst! Don’t bother!!!! I’d attach a photo of if I could.

Bought so called scratch pen paid £19.99 and recieved a ball point pen worth 10p
Now the want me to send it back to somewhere in China at my expense instead of refunding me.
do not trust them! Daylight robbery! took over a month to turn up too!
