Very helpful, prompt communication throughout from Yvonne, who made the booking process easy, we were given links for airport transfers and ski hire which was great.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with AllChalets! Our large group of 13 skiers and snowboarders needed a catered chalet in St. Anton, Austria, and Yvonne at AllChalets went above and beyond to help us find the perfect one. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, informative, and a pleasure to work with.

The entire booking process was seamless, and Yvonne ensured that everything was taken care of, making it an enjoyable and stress-free experience. When we arrived, we were blown away, the chalet was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed, with plenty of space for our group, hot tub, and was incredibly comfortable. Our chalet hosts were fantastic, and the food and beverages exceeded our expectations.

Overall, it was an amazing trip, and I can't recommend AllChalets enough. If you're looking for the perfect chalet and a smooth booking process, be sure to work with Yvonne at AllChalets, she made all the difference!

I've booked several chalets through allchalets. I find the choice excellent, and better value compared to package company's. AllChalets staff are always quick to respond to email enquiries. Def my 1st choice for catered chalets.

Dislikes - Unclear bedroom plan which meant some guests having to walk through another married couple bedroom.
Very small uncomfortable bed - we took the mattress and put it in the floor.
Misleading description concerning the proximity to the slopes - the nearest piste is approximately 700m away and not the advertised 50m.

Good communication & quick to response to questions .
The payment process is not straightforward, having to pay a UK based company in Euros.

Really helpful team before and during our holiday and a lovely chalet with excellent hosts.

Very good offer, good communication. The apartment Myosotis 11 was excellent. We just missed WiFi on the first floor,. Wood for a fireplace ready at the arrival would be highly appreciated.
