Very misleading to look like claude.ai. Once a payment is done for a year it is impossible to refund. Makes you think you bought a subscription at Claude.
No response on my e-mail to request a refund.
I do not recall knowingly signing up for this service and I never used it. I was charged about $30 and have been unable to get a response from customer support regarding a refund or explanation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Do not waste your time or money on this app. It advertises itself as an all-in-one hub for all the major AI models, but it does NOT actually use the real bots. It’s just a fake clone wrapped in a fancy interface. Extremely deceptive and disappointing.

You don't see the API calls happening behind the scenes, but they're running every time you send a message — the same way a phone app doesn't show you the network requests, but they're there.
We'd genuinely like to know what made you think it was fake. A few questions:
Did messages not get responses?
Did the responses seem wrong or low-quality for the model you picked?
Something else?

I subscribed to this site believing, based on their Claude-styled logo and interface, that I was purchasing the actual Claude subscription from Anthropic. It is an unaffiliated third-party reseller — a disclaimer only appears in small print at the bottom of the page, after you've already seen the branded interface. When I requested a refund under my country's statutory 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts (citing their own refund policy, which explicitly says mandatory local consumer law overrides their no-refund terms), support replied with a boilerplate "all sales are final" response and ignored the legal argument entirely. Be careful before subscribing — check the URL and look past the branding.

The final checkout page also states that the charge is authorized to ALLCHATBOTS.AI. We understand, however, that our company name and non-affiliation notice may not have been prominent enough throughout every step of the process.
