Honestly, this is a very long topic. I have been a student for ten days and I am still waiting for something to arrive at your warehouse. It has been 16 days since it arrived, and I have filed a complaint and warnings. You wrote that everything is fine, and we will see if anything happens to me. You must talk to me.

Very good customer service. You do have to wait a little bit if you’re in the UK for responses, but they make up for that in their willingness to help. I had issues with my shipping and we got it handled within two days. Would recommend.

I’d like to share my recent experience with AllChinaBuy in case anyone has gone through something similar or can offer advice.

I placed an order on May 23rd, 2025. The tracking shows that the parcel cleared customs in Madrid on June 3rd and since then it’s been stuck in the status "waiting for pickup by CTT Express."

On June 13th, I contacted CTT Express directly and they confirmed in writing that they never physically received the package. They only have electronic shipping information, which clearly means that the Chinese supplier never handed it over to the national delivery network.

It’s now been over 25 days and AllChinaBuy refuses to take any action until 45 days have passed. They keep saying “this is normal,” but this doesn’t seem like a typical delay — it’s clearly a shipping failure. Worse yet, they haven’t even bothered to contact the logistics provider.

I’ve already warned them I’ll file a dispute if there’s no solution, and still, they won’t act. AllChinaBuy just refuses to contact CTT.

Has anyone experienced something similar with ACB? How did you resolve it? Any advice would be appreciated 🙏
