BEWARE. They keep taking money out of my account without purchasing items. Don’t sign up - which I didn’t. I don’t know how they got my bank details.

I had a problem with the fee and the customer service kindly helped me to resolve it.

I recently had a transaction on bank account I didn’t know, an account had been made without my consent . The chat team sorted it out and I got a full refund thanks again great help 👍

I liked the fact that they acknowledged the mistake that happened and planning on refunding me. Kindly inform the buyer of the extra monies involved when buying before one pays for the clothing, e.g courier fees if not included in the purchase. Also after one has paid the IT to reflect the smaller dollars paid rather than constant asking for them even after they have been paid 2x or 3x.

It is disappointing to find yourself subscribed or signed in on something you have not planned or decided to do. The tricks done to people is not appreciated. Kindly delete my details.

a year ago i guess i signed up for a membership, i dont remember it at all, for a year 43 euros twice a month was taking out of my account. just find out.
my membership was just cancelled, and hopefully i will get my money back since i never ever used the membership. thank you

Pretty quick processing orders & quite quick with deliveries, choice was quite good too, I did come across 1 problem but that too was rectified very quickly.
