I was very shocked when I discovered money was just taken out of my account without my knowledge. I had to explain why I would not subscribe to anything as I am a pensioner living off a government income and cannot survive on the income, therefor I would not subscribe to anything. Thanks for refunding me.

This site is a scam! Avoid.

I made a purchase and was automatically enrolled in a subscription that I wasn’t aware of; probably a better information would have made me aware of this: such as “we offer you a special discount on you purchase in exchange of a subscription..”. But when I explained to you my situation you responded seriously with care and comprehension.
