Ingen informasjon om at det var toll og mva gebyr da jeg kjøpte. Tilleggskostnad på 250 kr sendt direkte fra posten. Varslet kundeservice i allebeslag, men ingen tilbakemelding. Dette er ren svindel!! Hold dere unna!
Markerer ikke pakker korrekt med VOEC nummer som medfører at man må betale fortollingsgebyr til Posten. En ordre til 458,- ble 241,- dyrere. Gjentatte forsøk på å få Allebeslag.no til å ordne opp ble ikke besvart.
Bestilte varer 27.11.2020. Beløp belastet kortet 30.11. Fikk beskjed 3.12 at varene kunne bli to uker forsinket. Nå 7.1.2021 har jeg ennå ikke fått varene, og mine henvendelser besvares ikke.
Fikk svar i dag 8.1, fremedeles forsinkelser, men fikk i hvert fall svar.
